I really like shopping at Havertys. I have pieces in my home that my parents bought 20 plus years ago. I really like that I am able to pay on my purchases over time. With Havertys, I know that I am getting quality furniture and that’s why I keep coming back.

Chelste was great and has a great decorative vision. Very rare that a person can visualize your thoughts and within 5 minutes your purchase is complete. Amazing vision and knows the products of Haverty's and by the way she remembers your name which is definitely personable. Great experience.

By far the nicest furniture store in Fayetteville NC! We had a great experience mainly because of Chelste & Angelina. They put together a great design for our space based on our input and the presentation that they provided was top notch. We were very happy with the experience and with the final furniture that we selected.

My Sales Consultant, Jeff, was absolutely awesome! He took his time to tour the store with me, making sure I was totally sure of my selections and options.

The overall experience was fantastic...the staff was very knowledgeable and kind, they gave me ample time to browse, and when ready...they were very helpful in assisting with the purchase of my two recliners (in and out in 15-20 minutes). Made another purchase today. I have been a Haverty's customer since 2011. I have received nothing but the most excellent service. I dress like a bum 90% of the time and have never been judged. Mrs. Jennetta has always been the most attentive, patient and understanding salesperson I have ever encountered. I'm not easy to please & I know what I want. I have never been pushed in to purchasing something that wasn't right for me. Some things I have, may not be from Haverty's, but they are ALWAYS my first stop. I know quality and Haverty's does not disappoint.

What a wonderful experience! The sales representative, Jeff, was attentive without being pushy. He was knowledgeable of the product lines as well as providing tips for purchasing items. We also worked with Jennifer, the design consultant. She was very good at selecting complementary pieces and helping us design our rooms. The quality of furniture is superb. We will continue to purchase our furniture at Havertys as we have done for 20+ years.

Our sales agent was so polite and not pushy at all. She graciously answered our questions and directed us to our perfect sofa and love seat. We went to several different stores but came back to Havertys because of their protection package and delivery. And their sales' staff was professional, kind to our two.young girls, and so helpful.
