Rock Quarry Farm

I was there for my HS reunion. It is a rustic though lovely and perfect venue, conveniently laid out for all activities, with ample parking, a great barn for eating and dancing with good acoustics and room for a band; welcoming bar and food buffet. There were many spots for large group and small group photo opps.

Beautiful quaint country venue, the property is adequately sized for small to medium events and is spacious yet snug. The property was nicely maintained, although I feel like the smaller structures like the gazebo could benefit from some light pressure washing, or at least a jet-spray hosing off. There are only two single room restrooms accessible for the outside areas of the venue, so lines can form quickly, but they are very modern and spacious inside. There is a small firepit area that is set off to the left side of the venue that was perfect for a chilly autumn evening, although the wood pile could be placed better as it was not immediately obvious if there was more wood provided. Overall the location provided a beautiful backdrop for the event, and I preferred it greatly to a different larger outdoor venue in Chapel Hill that I attended a few years ago.

What a gorgeous and charming venue for our friend's wedding. The setting, spaces, and staff were simply fantastic. Among other highlights, the open air barn was perfect for dinner and dancing. Everything felt magical - we wish we never had to leave! As out of town guests, it was also super convenient from Chapel Hill.

A great place to have an event. The property has a large "barn" for covered dining and dancing. There is a covered outdoor bar. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.accommodating. Just a fabulous venue.

I am so happy we went with Rock Quarry Farms as our venue. Our wedding went off without a hitch. Camille is so sweet and very helpful. She makes everything so easy. You show her what you like, and she helps to get it. Our day would not have gone as well without her. She is very knowledgeable and has great experience. The venue itself has so many amenities and is STUNNING. Our pictures came out amazing! Camille did the planning and the flowers. Her son Miles did the music/DJ and we really felt taken care of, which is a must. The venue has a great place for the ladies to get ready and it was great to have all day to be there and get ready. The man cave is cute and looked great for pictures. The barn is gorgeous and with the open windows and doors feels like you are truly in the woods. It has a bar area and a firepit as well. You can leave cars overnight and you can do both your ceremony and reception there. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. We did our wedding outside in the woods and we had about 120 people there and the barn fit that great, including a dance floor. All in all I would 100% recommend not only the venue, but Camille and Miles services.

Quaint, intimate event space for a wedding I went to this past weekend. Staff were professional and friendly. Excellent food and drink. The barn had space for dancing and food. Great wedding location. It is super close to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, but just far enough outside it feels like the country of NC.

My daughter and her now husband had their wedding at Rock Quarry Farm this past weekend. Camille was very gracious, and took the time to walk with me when they were first exploring the venue, FaceTiming them in as they had been too ill to visit from NYC. The setting at this time of year is exquisite, with open areas, and tree shaded areas, making for stunning late afternoon light, and starry evening skies. There are plenty of areas for guests to mingle, and the barn was transformed into a magical setting for dinner and dancing. Her son Miles and his trio played during the cocktail hour, and for the ceremony which was lent a sweet and happy backdrop, and her home was open to the bridal party, with a charming room for the bride to get ready. Camille was warm and invested in the day going as the bride and groom dreamed it would, and seemed as delighted as everyone there at the particular magic woven that night.

The wedding of the year! Everything came together on Rock Quarry Farm to make for the most wonderful and beautiful wedding - from the outdoor ceremony space to the barn celebration space - just perfect! Happiest of memories born here!

It is a beautiful place! We were very lucky to have our class reunion there.

Visited for Brew n Que. Awesome! Great venue, great event! Would love to he invited back.
