We had a wonderful experience with Adrian. We were greeted pleasantly as we walked in the door. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular and when we told her we were just browsing at living room sets, she told us to walk around and she’d check in with us. She checked in a few times but really gave us our space to look around. This was greatly appreciated. We ended up getting a mattress as well because of a promotional deal. The whole process was so easy. We really appreciated Adrian’s input but also her allowing us the time to look around and discuss a big purchase like this. Look forward to buying from her again in the future!

Go see Amirah at Ashley Furniture, not only do we have the same name, but she was an amazing sales rep. Very knowledgeable, patient and not to pushy. She gave us our space to look and also help with any questions we had! But from Amirah, you must ask for her at the door!

Never have I had such a wonderful experience at a furniture store Adrian was 5starts. She really took the time to ensure we were happy with what we ended up with. Extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses. And I’m happy to say she even got a delivery date for when we close on our new house!

I’ve been a customer of Ashley Furniture for years; but our most recent experience was even better than normal. We came in and met Amirah, who felt more like a friend than a sales person. She listened and remembered everything we said so well. We didn’t purchase that day, but she texted me pictures and descriptions of a new set a few days later, because she knew it fit our needs/wants. She wasn’t pushy, had great communication skills, and even continued being helpful after the sale. She made sure I loved everything, and even sent me inspiration pics to help me style my new living room furniture. Not to mention how patient she was with my son being a wild child at times. 😂 Ashley, give this girl a promotion💕

Ps, if you’re looking for a comfy, leather set- I recommend the Lombardia. It’s soft, plush, and has cushions that can be rearranged. Top grain leather- & kid/pet friendly. 🐾

We had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Morganton Rd store!! Ken gave us phenomenal customer service from the moment we walked in the door. He was extremely helpful but not pushy. He asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right directions with very helpful information along the way. He allowed us to walk around and shop while checking in every few minutes for help or questions. Ashley, you definitely have a great asset in Ken!

This was my second experience shopping with Ashley Furniture. I had the pleasure of working with Ken as my sales rep and he was so amazing, knowledgable, and patient. I came in with my 4 year old to shop for my first home, and Ken was so helpful & took care of us. Ken made the shopping experience with a toddler very pleasant, while still explaining everything to me and making sure I got the best deals and warranty! Our conversations and interactions reminded me of something that you would see in a commercial. I will definitely be coming back to get my mattress in a few months.

Anna Marie was absolutely the best to work with!! She introduced herself, pointed us in the direction we needed to go and then left us to wander the store and look around. She was always available for any questions we had and knew what she was doing. This woman is a selling point at Ashley to get me to come back!

Walked in and was greeted by the very sweet, very friendly Holly. She helped me get everything set up super quickly so I could walk around and find something I would like with ease. She checked up on me as I was looking to see if I had any questions and made sure I was covered. Not only was she an exceptional sales woman, she was very friendly and hospitable. I will definitely be coming back just for her service alone to help keep my home in tip top shape

Ken was amazing, very professional, and knowledgeable. Knew when to give space and when to come in and assist. Hands down one of the greatest sales associates I've ever had to work with. If you're going to Ashley's I definitely recommend asking for ken. Furniture was also nice 👌🏿

Ken is the man!!! I gave him all lemons and he made lemonade!!! He did a great job of informing me about the specials and giving me space to think about what I wanted. Then, he went above and beyond to assist me with My Ashley’s card. Well, he did all the work. Due to my negligence, I wasn’t prepared. However, Ken was ready to do what was needed, so I didn’t have to leave and come back. I highly recommend, asking for Ken,
when you come in!!! He is the deal!

My father and I went in to Ashley's Home furniture to talk with a guy who worked there by the name of Ken. He helped us through a streamlined process where we were able to get what we wanted for a very fair price at basically record speed. Very streamlined experience we like it!

We went in to buy a mattress with a rough idea of what we wanted. Daniel walked us through some sleep facts and information that would ultimately aid in selecting what mattress was right for us. He didn’t waste our time trying to sell us anything we didn’t want or need. Pleasant experience from start to finish and would seek Daniel out again for future purchases.

Kevin is a joy to work with. The new store design is amazing and he sells it and the products like a pro. Great experience all around. Will definitely be back for my new sofa

Holly was AMAZING. My family and I definitely enjoyed her. She was very patient and took her time with us. She allowed us to browse without hovering over us but kept checking in to make sure we were good. Enjoyed her customer service.

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Fayetteville. Holly is a great sales Rep. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We love our new furniture. We received it when promised. The communication was great from start to finish.

Went into Ashley 05/16 to get a new couch, I was greeted by Ken I informed him I was unsure of what I was looking for I just know I was looking. He was patient with during the process and did not rush me, being military and away from family most of my purchases are virtual. He understood that and allowed time for me to talk it over with my family he even moved the furniture around to give the best estimate of what it would like in my new home! The purchase was weeks ago but his service, and professionalism deserved praises. Thank you again KEN!
