Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Was craving a burger & fries so stopped in to this location. Clean restaurant, high sanitation grade, friendly staff, and quick service! 10 outta 10 for a fast food burger!

First, put down the Catsup or Ketchup and just have the burger like it comes with only mustard and onions. Perfect amount of burger to meat ratio and great flavor as the burger is more smash burger. I don't like skinny fries but they were still good but I went for the burger. This place needs to expand west as we are from Oregon and don't have these. There is one in Bowling Green KY and that's where I first found this place couple years ago. The restaurant was super clean and it was to see an all African American crew running the place...even the Manager a brother so that was good to see. Didn't try the custard since we had been on a flight all day to arrive here and it was late.

It’s my first time trying out Freddy’s! I found their chicken tenders to be flavorful! 😋 The other two members of my crew also found their meals to be yummy! I’m not usually the one to eat fries, but good gracious, their fries (which were quite thin versus other fast-food restaurant fries) were delicious! I will definitely consider returning to this restaurant and location when I crave fast-food again! 😃

Stopped in here after church today to get some burgers. I love the lettuce wrap and the cheese curds. After lunch we decided to get a Sundae without whip cream, they made it with whip cream and immediately realized and corrected it. Thank you for your great customer service as we are all human and make mistakes. We were impressed with how the mistake was quickly remedied:)

This place is amazing! The food is cooked fresh! Not too expensive either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew their menu which is good. Very clean and fun atmosphere! Since it was our first visit, we were given our custard free! Definitely a great place to eat!

Delicious! That’s the best way to describe it. I came in for the prospect of burgers and custard, but I left with the reality of burgers and custard AND chicken sandwiches. The spicy chicken Sammy is one that will be bring me back here. The burger was quite the tasty looker too, don’t get me wrong, but at my heart I’m a chicken sandwich man, and man, man o man, it was a tasty one.

Maybe I’ll get another one Togo.

Delicious food and excellent service and atmosphere! Recently under new management, will always look for HCI Hospitality managed restaurants. Incredible experience.

We love coming to this Freddys every Sunday. The food is always fresh, my kids love the ice cream and the staff is super friendly.

Great customer service he articulate,very friendly and was informative.he was on point very attentive his name is Taurus and i will more than likely to go back this restaurant he's the kind of person that make want to go back to Freddy's if he's not the manager he should be his attitude and demeanor is very positive i was there 3-17-2022 staff zone worker the food was outstanding u got your money's worth 5star rating 4-28-22 the place sem-busy but the crew keeps going with the positive the cashier Amy and the guy helping her on the register was very upbeat friendly it's ppl like the lunch that make myself come back oh yeah the fish sandwich combo was outstanding love it

The food was delicious. The prices were great. And the customer service was FANTASTIC. The manger was so friendly and went out of his way to check on everyone in the restaurant. And free dessert your 1st time!

Only accepting cash at the time so went next door for a milkshake...they are great too!

This place is amazing!!!!! The staff is so friendly and kind and the food is beyond yummy. I LOVE the #2 and their Strawberry milkshake is the best in the state of NC. Yum!!! Wonderful place to eat.

Food is fresh and hot….let me say for the first time I wasn’t disappointed!!!

The employees, especially the cashier was very friendly and helpful with our children. He went out of his way to help us and bring out the food to our table. The only reason I give 4 stars for atmosphere is because the bathrooms were dirty and the cleaner they used left streaks everywhere so it didn't look clean. Everything was cooked really well and tasted great. Good value and location.

Lenaja ruffin and alyini williams were beyond friendly I haven’t seen customer service that good in a long time. .

Had a wonderful experience today in the drive-thru of Freddy's on 15-501 in Durham, NC. Manager taking orders couldn't have been any better!! It was so nice to get great service again from a fast food place we love. Had really bad customer service experience there back in December glad to see management fix that issue! Good job Freddy's on paying attention to your service!

1st time curiosity. Hungry for a burger. It was like a re-vamped grilled cheese sandwich straddle. But, the employees were super duper fabulous. Patiently awaited my order, smiled genuinely, and suggested the custard. Wowsers--- frozen pudding, so smooth, so creamy, so delightfully comforting both the chocolate vanilla combo swirl. To top things off... they comp'd me the serving to sample. I will be back for this novelty!!
