The best customer service!!! This is a laid back discount furniture and mattress store. It’s in an old Toys R Us building so it’s not fancy, but their customer service is absolutely TOP NOTCH! Ralph greeted us warmly, was patient when I was flipping back and forth between mattresses and even when I told him I’d be back later, he stayed SO nice. I went and tried a few other places but even some more upscale places had customer service that was lacking what this friendly place brought. I returned a few hours later and got the same excellent customer service. If you’re looking for bougie - this may not be your place. But if you’re working in a budget or maybe buying a mattress for your guest room, please consider coming here. Tell Ralph and the guys I said hello!

A few weeks ago I bought a couch to be delivered the next day. When it arrived it became obvious that I would not fit upstairs where it needed to go. After talking to the manager the store took it back and I went down to pick out something that would fit. It was delivered that same day. Pretty much anywhere won't take back furniture but it was nice they made an exception for my situation as it was not anyone's fault. Only charged me one delivery fee as well. Highly recommend.

Found the same exact couch I almost purchased elsewhere for less than half the price. Plus they had it in stock and could deliver a couple days later. Rucker provided great customer service and answered all our questions.

Me and my girlfriend ordered a dresser online, was expecting to be at the store within a week. Unfortunately it was past 2 weeks when we decided to go get a refund. We went back to the store, and they qe extremely friendly and helpful about it. Instead of getting a refund, they offered for us to get a little bit more of an expensive dresser for the same price. The customer service is pretty good and would definitely recommend shopping here.

The manager Joshua was extremely helpful, he picked out the best piece for my new place and all in all it was just a nice experience. The staff was amazing and on time with the delivery as well. All in all 10/10 would recommend.

I first went to the Garner location, the item I was interested in was out of stock, I asked if they would call their Wake Forest location and he wouldn't just stated that they may have the item in stock in 6-8 weeks. I left and called myself, young lady at Wake Forest location wasn't customer friendly either. I called the Fayetteville location and spoke with ROB he is AWESOME, ROB YOU ROCK my friend!! Customer service in FAYETVILLE IS SUPERB, Rob took excellent care of me via the phone, AMAZING customer service!!! Thanks Rob and everyone at the FAYETTEVILLE LOCATION this store is the BEST. Perhaps the Fayetteville team should come train the Garner & Wake Forest employees CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
