SureStay By Best Western Meridian

Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Several good restaurants nearby. Slept very well. On top of all that, I left a new pair of running shoes in my room after check-out and the hotel manager called me several hours later and arranged to mail them to me in North Carolina. This is a prime example of excellent customer service. Much appreciated, I'll be staying here again whenever I'm in Meridian. Thanks!!

I made the reservation in advance, we had to come in for a funeral from 7 hours away. When we got there, the receptionist was very accommodating, and got us in our room quickly. They accepted my German Shepherd, and the room was clean. The jacuzzi was awesome, and we were very happy with everything.

Excellent location just off of I-20. Many major chain restaurants within walking distance! Very nice room, handicap accessible shower. VERY NICE STAFF, wonderful welcome on arrival, helpful and friendly morning staff. Great breakfast. Best fluffy scrambled eggs of any Best Western I’ve ever been in. Hot coffee, tea half and half.

The room was just like the picture. It was clean! My only suggestion would be the water pressure. I like strong hot showers. The water veas great, I could have used a little more pressure. We will stay again when we come in the area. The location is great also. Close to restaurants and gas. As a bonus a Sam's Club was across the road.

The bed was solid and flat, firm, but comfortable. The shower was clean with lots of hot water and water pressure, EXCELLENT shower. The A/C worked very well, and the unit was a quiet hum, NOT loud and rattly. When the A/C was off, I could barely hear the highway traffic. With the gentle hum of the A/C unit turned on, I didn't hear any highway traffic. Yes, the hotel is an older build, but the rooms are updated and maintained very well. They look nice, and they are clean, quiet, and comfortable. I slept ALL through the night. I especially liked how the rooms opened up to the outside, so I could leave the door open for a few minutes and get some fresh air into the room. You can't do that in the new hotels. I felt safe at this location, too. The only "down side:" I didn't like the breakfast, so I went to a restaurant for breakfast. But, at the nice price I paid on the room, I felt like I could splurge on a nice breakfast! I'm very happy with my stay.

Great place to spend the night. Easy access off highway. Hotel is in a nice, safe area. Quiet and well maintained property. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, had all amenities we needed. Has nice outdoor patio to sit and relax. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was hot and cold choices, well stocked. Would stay here again!

We actually stayed here by accident and honestly, after staying in Casino Hotels. I would prefer to stay here. The rooms are nice, clean and the wifi actually works. The front desk staff was the absolute best I have encountered in a long time. My first time to a breakfast but I loved it. The selection was great. Fresh Fruit, Oatmeal, juice, coffee, fresh waffles, eggs, gravy, biscuits and sausage. Cereal. I will make a point to stay here anytime I travel this way.

Owners had great hospitality & ensured during Christmas I get a room.

Long haul trucker, spent a week here while my semi was being repaired and could not have made a better choice. More than reasonable rate, clean, well-cared for room & grounds, the absolutely nicest management & staff I've encountered in ages and just a short walk to a variety of name brand eateries. Perfect! And while I hope I never see it again, at least I'll know exactly where to go should I ever need it. STAY HERE, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I stayed here a couple nights for a funeral in Cuba, AL and I can not express enough how friendly and helpful the staff was at this hotel. The amenities are amazing for the price of the room including a fairly extensive breakfast. The rooms are very modern and clean. At one point I commented that I felt like I was the first guest to ever stay in that room as nothing looked broken, poorly repaired or worn out. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens felt of a good quality. I would highly recommend this hotel and I don't know that you could beat the value for a good room. If I'm in the area again, this will be my first choice!

Hotel is in a nice location along the highway and close to restaurants. Stopped here for one night on a long distance road trip. Everything about the hotel is perfect. Check-in was seamless, parking was plentiful, and the rooms are clean. Shower is nice and hot and plenty of in-room amenities. There was a microwave and mini fridge along with a hairdryer and toiletries. Beds were clean and comfortable, and overall no issues. Generally quiet at night. Breakfast area is small but has everything you could want. Quite impressive. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Mona, the front desk clerk, was so sweet on the phone and even better in person. We love the location, so close to I-20 yet it is in a pretty wooded area. They are pet friendly, the room was nice and clean, and most importantly, the bed & pillows were very comfy.
We will definitely return to this SureStay Hotel By Best Western the next time we pass through Meridian, Mississippi, and will look for other SureStay Hotels as a result of this good experience.

Nice clean room. bed comfortable. Didn't smell musty or smoky. Nice front desk clerk. Huge TV, coffee maker, breakfast. Clean shower. A/C not real strong but good. I felt safe here. I would stay again

Mom's 90 and says it's the cleanest hotel she:s been in... I must agree... Great staff. Only complaint...Breakfast toast only offered white bread. Oatmeal..waffles...scrambled eggs..biscuits.gravey...coffee... ok overall

The owner and his wife are so very sweet! We had the best conversation over breakfast with her! The room was very nice and the grounds were well kept. They have truck parking (for semi’s) which was a HUGE plus! We will visit again if passing through for sure!

Clean & updated rooms, nice shower, parking, and pet friendly! The front desk was extremely nice and professional, they even gave us a little treat bag for the dogs. Next time I’m in this area I will definitely want to be staying here! Highly recommend this location & its friendly staff

Incredible! Rooms were clean, area was well-lit, it had way more amenities than I expected (coffee+coffee maker, microwave, fridge, lots of TV channels, hair dryer). I've attached a photo of the room, but you should know I flopped down on the bed first-it was made up nicer when I walked in than it is in the photo. All the trash on the desk is also mine...

What a nice little hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with a leaky sink, but let them know and they were right on it. Comfortable clean room and a hot breakfast. It was perfect for our night in Meridian.
