Hampton Inn Meridian

Great room with a good location near the highway if you are traveling through. The free Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly and engaging. Tons of pot holes in area but you can avoid them.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Meridian, MS, was a delightful surprise! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a welcome respite after a long day. The staff truly made the experience exceptional.

One employee, in particular, went above and beyond when dealing with a flooded room situation (not our room😉). Despite having to work overtime, he maintained a positive attitude and handled the situation with professionalism. His good attitude and humor were truly appreciated.

Even at checkout, the friendly demeanor continued. The front desk agent (Torian) interacted warmly with my niece, making her feel welcome and valued. These personal touches left a lasting impression and solidified my positive experience at the Hampton Inn.

Overall, I recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites in Meridian. The clean accommodations, helpful staff, and welcoming atmosphere create a perfect stay for business or pleasure. The rooms were also updated. They made our visit for the passing of our uncle a lot more peaceful.

We stopped here as our halfway point from Atlanta to New Orleans. The customer service is AMAZING 👏🏾 the updates in the lobby bathroom, so nice. The front desk is super sweet. It's only a quick stop, but they make it worthwhile.

We were checked in by Nikkell. She had a sweet personality and was very helpful. Although there was construction going on on the first floor, it was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Location right off 59 was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Despite construction in the lobby the staff was great and helpful. Our room was newly renovated and was perfect. I’d definitely stay again.

The front desk was very friendly and efficient. After I checked in the clerk told me there was a happy hour till 7pm. What a surprise. They had complimentary snack food and wine and beer. Our room with a king bed was clean and comfortable. This was our best overnight stay on the road and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great experience, pet friendly. Only disappointment was that they were out of everything at breakfast.

Very nice place to stay. Tori the clerk was very sweet and helpful. And was the nicest lady ever. Would definitely stay again because of her customer service. We had two small dogs and everyone was nice and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. And the grounds were clean. I didn’t eat breakfast but my husband and son did. They said it was good. Tori thank you for making our stay comfortable and welcoming.

This hotel has been one of the best by far. We stayed here 2 nights and their hospitality was 100%. The breakfast is really good, Mon-Fri they serve a snack/dinner with adult beverages as well that’s also complimentary with the stay between 5-7pm (which is Awesome!) Anything we needed we got with no hassle. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean, the AC worked, and it was quiet. The staff was really polite, and the ladies who served breakfast and dinner were very helpful if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming through meridian needing somewhere nice to stay. 5/5 no doubts.

Enjoyed our stay here during our road trip from Georgia to Texas. Excellent service, clean large room and breakfast with good options.
They were prompt in refills for coffee & breakfast stations.

Hot chocolate kit, cookies on arrival and water bottles when checking out was a warm gesture and exceeded our expectations!

My only critique was, we wished they had an end table on both sides of the bed, we had to use the ottoman as a table to place our drinks and personal belongings.

I normally stay at Hilton brand hotels when travelling, and comparatively speaking the one in Meridian is WAY above the curve when it comes to GREAT service, friendliness, and accommodation! Every area was on point - it looked, smelled, and felt clean, welcoming, and almost home-like.

More importantly, each member of each team that I encountered treated guests as though they were PERSONAL guests, instead of just "part of the job". The breakfast / dining area staff had gold star representation by a helpful, kind and beautiful woman named Ms. Casino. The front desk and housekeeping staff gave warm greetings and seemed to constantly look for ways to provide assistance, even before being asked.

All in all, a 5-star weekend because of the 5-star staff! If ever in the area again, this Hampton Inn will definitely be my accommodation of choice!!

Once again another great nights stay at the Hampton in Meridian. I have stayed at this specific hotel for both business and leisure for the past 10 years or so. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean. Breakfast options are plentiful. Plus, right across the street is a Texas Roadhouse you can have a great steak dinner at! Very easy to access from the highway.

Very nice and clean hotel! Check in was great and even provided recommendations for dinner at nearby restaurants. Breakfast was good the next morning as well. The prices were surprisingly lower than most Hampton Inn that I have stayed. This will be my stopping place if returning through Meridian again!

Front desk was extremely nice when we walked in and offered us complimentary snacks and drinks in the dining area along with a couple waters and cookies at the front desk. We went to the dining area thinking a soda and maybe some chips or something like that. We were pleasantly greeted by miss Sarah who had rice and beans with sausage in it along with cheese and crackers and then asked us what we were drinking. They had multiple choices of beer as well. She chatted with us for a while and made us feel the most welcome we’ve felt on our 4 months on the road for a work project. I highly recommend this hotel if you want true hospitality. A clean quiet hotel with clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Easy access to Interstate 20.

Best experience at Hampton Inn Meridian. Peyton at the front desk with FABULOUS! We arrived late night on the way to the beach after driving in a rainstorm for hours. The rooms were wonderful. The breakfast staff were friendly, and it was the best complimentary breakfast I've had a hotel in years. Kudos to Hampton Inn Meridian! Great Job!

Under renovation but the staff is fantastic and the new rooms are great but bring your alarm clock because they aren't in the rooms anymore.
