IHOP

I read through the 1 star reviews and I disagree.
This was my first time eating at IHOP for dinner.

Table and utensils were clean. Facilities were clean. Waitress was very nice and asked us if we wanted refills multiple times.

Burgers were good. It took 20 min from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. Food was good. My for kids ate everything they ordered.

There were small insects near the edge of table close to window booth. We relocate and the easier waiter took care of the issue. Food was good, waiter was friendly did his job (order was correct and he remembered requested items). We had no complaints.

food came out fast. and this salad looked amd taste very delicious

The food was fast and good!! The steak and potatoes is to die for even thou I had pancakes. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dexter for service. He was nice and kind. Great attitude and generous young man. This was my first time eating here since I'm only here visiting family.

The food and the service was a definite improvement from a few months ago. It was hot flavorful and great portions. Awesome improvement IHOP!!

We were there on a road trip and it was very late at night. The food was great, but we had to wait a while. It wasn't really busy. I was used to better service from IHOP than the 3 of us got.

To get a piece of mind, and if u really want to jus enjoy yourself and be really comfortable. I suggest that you go late night. The costumer service is really great there. Also, Ihop has some great appetizers... From the main dish to the sides. Everything was great!!👍👍 For me

Benjamin was our server, he’s also the “where dreams come to die” fella. He’s a funny guy 😂. Drinks were fast, food was fast, and order was correct 👍. Not sure about the other reviews but they nailed it for us. Some reviews mentioned a smell, I didn’t smell anything, though it looks like their AC was leaking on account of a bunch of ceiling tiles changed out so looks like they fixed that 🤔. All in all great experience

Our group ate here last night about 8:30pm and not only was the food amazing. I cannot brag on the staff enough!!! The hostess, the waitress, the manager, and the kitchen staff were all amazing!!! I can’t speak for day shift but the night shift was incredible. We travel a lot and and eaten at many ihops over the years but this was the only one I’ve ever been to that went above and beyond. This was by far one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had!

I had the buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes on the 2x2x2.... delicious 😋

Food is delicious & service was fantastic 👏. She was very attentive.

The young waiter that waited on us was truly awesome at his job with a smile on his face. It's really refreshing because there are very few that are nice to you when they have a job they don't like or don't need a job. Thank you young man for letting me leave a happy customer.

Walled in and was seated immediately. Took a good while go finally get server to attend us. Once we placed out order, they came back and said they were out of part of our order. It took around 40 minutes to get the food. When it arrived the plates was warm but the food was cold. The coffee was lukewarm. We had to get up to find salt. We waited another 10-15 minutes trying to get the check. I finally had to stick my head back in the kitchen area to find someone to get the check from and give the money to. The check was never changed due to a change in order but was not. I paid it to get out of there. The only good thing I can say is that the restaurant was clean. It will be a very long time to return if I ever do go back.

We just ate at Meridian Ms location. No one was at the Hostess desk when we walked in. I had to find a waitress. Everyone was in the kitchen. Restrooms were filthy. Once we sat down I asked if this visit was going to be a good experience or a bad one since the Laurel location has been shut down for the same reasons. The service was terrible. We asked for small drinks. We were charged for larges. The prices on the menu did not reflect the prices on our ticket nor were we told when we sat down about the prices being different than in the menu. It took 30 plus minutes to be served. We were not allowed to sit where we wanted to by a window to watch our vehicle. For two omelets, no sides, bacon and three orange juices cost us almost $64. I regret to inform you that this location is terrible and we will never dine at IHOP ever again. When the manager came out to check on us, she never made eye contact while talking to me. We will make sure everyone knows about how we were treated. Thank you for your consideration.

Best waiter ever!! Good food, great service!! There's 9 of us, including 5 kids, and it went so smoothly!!

For anyone who has had an experience with poor service and slow service, try it again. They have changed. They were very busy with nearly every table filled, yet no one was waiting on a table in foyer and we got seated immediately. They took order right away and brought food out fast. Of course the food and portions were great as always.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a ihop. The waiter/manager was awesome and very nice. Food was dam good too. Listen it’s IHOP, but the eggs I ate can run with the best of them. If restaurants had employees like the one that morning I met there, they would never fail. The food is a big part don’t get me wrong, but if you have great customer service, then that tops it off. Nice job. Keep it up.

Food was served hot and fresh. Server was very good even though he looked to be the only one in our section. Manager was very friendly. Overall we had a good experience.

Came in early! Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Our food and coffee what hot and delicious. We were passing through and enjoyed our visit very much. Thank you! 😊

Had the best poblano omelette ever here. The staff was short handed so there was a short wait for our party of 6 to be seated, but the excellent service and delicious food made up for it.
Our server was so great he didn't even need to write any of our order down and he got everything right!
We will definitely be back😋
