Hunter Moore Jacquelyn DDS

Dr. Hunter was fantastic! I am very afraid of going to the dentist, but she was so professional that I had a tooth extracted without any gas! I will return to her for all of my dentistry needs.

Doctor Jacquelyn Moore is the BEST DDS,and i truly do love her. Thank you Doctor Jacquelyn Hunter for being a blessing to me and my family.

Very unprofessional and very very slow

I have been dealing with this office sinceJan. of 2023,and like a big dummy I have keep going back(don't have partical yet) to them trying to support black businesses,but this dentist office has been by far THE WORST.front desk personal very Rude,very very Long ,longwaits(4hours one 1⃣ visit) to be seen Dr.Moore always tired and seem so over worked!!!bless herheart.Make it make sense too me somebody.iI can not recommend to ANYONE FINALLY got my dentures in Dec.2023.

Came in as a walk in two women up front the young girl was sweet but the older lady was horrible she made all the older patients go across the street to buy masks and every time someone came to the counter she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. She was horribly rude...made me so mad i walked out got better care at rush

My appointment was 9am. I was called to the back at 10am. By 11am I was still waiting. I asked staff how long was the wait going to be, they responded, “I don’t know”. 2 hours just to get a teeth cleaning!! I walked out and I will NOT be back EVER !! While sitting in the room, I observed the equipment and everything looked old and rusty. Please don’t go here!!

Ok I normally don’t do this but, this was it for me.. I’m having crazy pain and they couldn’t even call in the medicine that was supposed to be sent.. Now I’m having to see another dentist.. Plus can’t reach anyone. Smh THEY HAVE TO DO BETTER

Terrible service. Incredibly unprofessional and slow. My fiance walked in before 11am, and didnt get finished till after 2:30pm.

I understand that walk-ins may have longer wait times due to not having an appointment, and we are alright with that. However, the front desk lady opted to take a panoramic x-ray for something COMPLETELY u related to my fiance's visit. If this is reflected on her insurance we will be hiring a lawyer, as the x-ray was taken out of curiosity of an unrelated dental condition that my fiance has. On top of that, they finally did another x-ray to show what may, or may not, be wrong with her tooth.

Between my fiance and one of her other patients, Dr. moore decided she would wait another 30 minutes to teach one of her "students" in the back, instead of getting to her next patient who was in severe pain.

My fiance finally gets back to see the doctor after close to a 2 hour wait, and she's told she doesn't know what's going on. Looks like an infection, but she has no real idea. Could also be a cracked tooth. Still "calls" her in a prescription for pain medication, and antibiotics, and recommends her to see someone about a root canal.

I put quotations around calls, because it was NEVER called in. We were told it was, but it wasn't. Mind you, we waited till 5pm when our pharmacy closes just in case it took a bit. But it wasn't ever called in. luckily due to the weather conditions our pharmacy, which is not normally open on the weekends, will be open and we have the chance to get her prescription tomorrow. Otherwise she will be without the medication she needs for the entire weekend.

She had to call in to work late because we had to go pick her prescription up, took the extra time to go get the prescription, which never got called in. This made my fiance even more late for work, luckily she didn't get reprimanded for it.

I will NEVER take her back to this incredibly poor managed, owned, and serviced place. I'd recommend everyone who sees this to do the same. Don't even waste your time.

Wouldn't even recommend this place! My drivers license was expired by 2 days. They wouldn't see nor treat me because of a driver's license being expired! Sorry excuse of a dentist office if you ask me! Very unprofessional and very rude from when I first walked through the door! Find another dentist if your looking for one.
