The staff was excellent, the front desk clerk the evening we checked in was super nice. Breakfast was definitely worth it...never been at a place with chicken strips on the self serve breakfast buffet! Room was clean (carpet was a little old and stained but such a small thing in comparison). All in all great stay!

Front desk is super friendly. Clean rooms. Clean, soft towels and bathrooms. Comfy bed and pillows. No weird smells. Good breakfast options. I prefer this place over many others.

It isn't abundantly fancy or luxurious, and it is showing some age. However, it is everything you need for a good night of rest while traveling. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is tasty. This hotel offers great value.

Excellent for the price wish I could find this nice everywhere I go. Room was clean comfortable AC worked well shower was good bed comfortable.
Front desk clerk aloof wasn't there when we came in had to ring bell several times before she came to desk.
Breakfast is best I've had lately in hotels all over USA. Even had bacon! Nice parking in back for truck with trailers.

The last time that we stayed here I never got a chance to do a review but I’m taking the time out this time. I remember on our previous visit we were not charged an incidental fee, but we found that that is a necessary part of their process now. I found everything about the room to be acceptable aside from the fact that it had a major lack for USB plugs but there are 6 very accessible outlets. Very clean and beds very comfortable. The ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working during our visit so we simply use the one on the third floor. The place feels very safe and secure which is one reason that we chose it for a second time. And upon departure we found that spectacular breakfast provision had not changed one bit. Without a doubt would stay here again on our next trip. We’re very thankful for the conscientious customer care offered by all the employees.

Excellent, clean and modern rooms. Great value. Friendly staff. Picky sleeper review: room was dark (no annoying alarm clock lights and the curtains were blackout), AC unit with consistent fan capability for white noise. Would stay again.

I completely enjoyed my stay... I was there for a surgery and everyone was down to earth and helpful. They always asked if I needed anything, and actually came to see if I needed accomodations the day after surgery... I have to say this was a true reflection of southern hospitality. Rooms are super clean. Breakfast is good. It's super peaceful...

After a long day driving, we stopped here in the wee hours of the morning. We were checked in quickly, the desk clerk was beyond helpful. They are offering breakfast to your room since they are not able to have their dining room open. The breakfast was delicious. The day time desk clerk was so nice to talk to. I'm so glad we stayed there. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had!

I just have to say that I travel every week and stay in hotels like this 3 or 4 times a week. ASHLEY was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. And the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. The free breakfast was really good and the most selection I've had since before the pandemic.

Booking was easy. No one tried to sell me a membership or vacation package. The guy at the front desk David is so awesome! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get us checked into our room before check in. I have a massive German Rottweiler and although she’s a service animal they were still willing to welcome her with open arms and no questions asked before even knowing about her being a service animal. Breakfast was still provided even with Covid going on. Our room was nice and clean. Every time I walked in and out passing the front desk whoever was working the front always had a smile on their face. We booked at very last minute so I wasn’t able to do much research so then but I definitely give them

Jalen and David made our stay excellent. We were traveling in a group of 10 and needed a place with a gathering room. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! Helpful in every way! Hats off to David and Jalen. The room was nice, sheets awesome, pillows questionable and carpet needs replacing. The bathroom was very clean and plenty towels and toiletries. We would stay there again and recommend to others!

David was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond with customer service! We had a terrible experience with a different hotel and he was quick to get us into a nice clean room at the last minute. He also tried to help when we locked our keys in the car. We would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! Thank you David for all your kindness you don’t understand how much you changed a horrible experience to a great one!

Great place to stay. Had balcony room overlooking the beach. Staff excellent. Great breakfast by Maddie. Clean and comfortable rooms and lobby. Pam and Ray are very helpful. Housekeeping staff are the best ever.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, and big suites at a great price. This would be an excellent hotel for a longer stay with a family. The kitchenette was well stocked and included a full size fridge and cooktop.

I just want to make a comment about a Gold Star employee named Dave/David at the Sleep Inn in Meridian, Ms. It was the greatest stay and experience me and my family never had. We was experiencing great difficulties this week because of the bad wintery conditions. No water , no power electricity and no heat. phoned into the Sleep inn, Mr. Dave was so professional, show great compassion about the needs of my family and our pet. While making sure he seen that he got everything he needed to make our visit there as comfortable as possible our power was restored. I told him and he was just as happy for us as we were. Because of this I would recommend people to this place of business for their travelling or whatever needs when in need of somewhere to stay. thank you sir. Dave/Davis the Good Samaritan.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff and clean room. Couldn't ask for more...eevn though we did. We needed more pillows, blankets, and towels. They wonderful lady working the front desk that night provided all and was very pleasant the entire time. Will stay here again when we pass through.

We loved our night here. We had a room with 2 queen beds and they were very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious with plenty of counter space for your toiletries. The room was very clean.
They had prepackaged breakfast only when we were there. We received a list of what foods were going to there. 🙂 They had a good variety. For example, they had egg & cheese biscuits, sausage, egg, & cheese croissants, sausage biscuits, NutriGrain bars, juice, milk, & coffee.
We arrived very late at night, & the front desk clerk was very friendly & helpful. Plexiglass barriers up at desk & little bottles of sanitizer if you want. 😁

Nice, clean rooms. Decent price. And the staff here are lovely! The woman working breakfast was a total sweetheart and the front desk treated me like they knew me, polite but very pleasant. Enjoyed my time here.
