Dr. Pupa is a wonderful doctor. She cares deeply for her patients. The staff is always very nice and willing to help. While I was there I noticed a clerk who went above and beyond to help someone who was at the wrong clinic.
I also love that the office setting provides spiritual healing/information as well.

Dr. Pupa was very nice! While examining me, she made me feel at ease because she explained in detail my condition and answered very clearly and patiently to all my questions. I appreciate Dr. Pupa’s care, Her nurse was very nice and gentle, and the office staff were all very nice and helpful.

From the receptionist to the xray techs to the other office staff, Everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr. Pupa is the best. She takes time with you and makes you feel comfortable. The wait was minimal.

Dr. Pupa is amazing. She is the most caring person and strives to make it all about you and your needs. This also goes for everything there - receptionist, the ones that do the mammogram- everyone is super nice.

The staff at Rush- Women's Healthcare Center were amazing! Everyone was polite and friendly. My husband was allowed to come back with me for my sonogram and it was his first time getting to see and hear our baby! Truly a blessing! The exam was very thorough and they took the time out to not only explain everything to me but actually show me all the details of what they were looking at! It was the best experience I have ever had! And this is our 6th pregnancy. I am so thankful for Dr.Pupa and her amazing staff!! Highly recommend!!

They are always so wonderful to me in every area of my visit there!! They check me in and each one serves me as if I am the only one there. The one who does my mammogram is so professional but also so caring of me. Then my visit with Dr. Pupa is so wonderful. When she comes in the door I know my status. This time it was clear but those times it wasn’t she was there to explain and answer any questions I had and made sure I was ok. I even shared with her what an awesome group she has and she agreed. I would recommend every person who needs their services. I have had cancer twice and I could not have asked for better care!!! I commend each of them!!!

I didn't know this jewel of a place existed! Efficient and kind receptionists, friendly and professional mammographers. I loved Dr. Pupa. She was personable and explained things on a level I could understand. They made me feel comfortable and offered educational information. I'll definitely go back next year!

Very friendly and professional staff as well as little wait time. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Dr. Pupa is readily available to view tests and discuss next steps. Same day service is awesome, especially, when a report is given by the doctor, “See you in a year”.

Upon Dr. Purvis' recommendation, have been going to Dr. Pupa since she came to Meridian. At that time, I was fibrocystic and she was always very through and patient when examing me. The staff and nurses were very professional, explaining first all the procedures.
I went for my last appointment during CO-VID and the cleanliness and safety precautions were great. I felt very safe. I hope that Dr. Pupa and her staff stay intact for long, long time.

From the moment I was called back, Melanie made me feel so comfortable. I was nervous and she explained everything very thoroughly and we even could laugh about a few things! Dr. Pupa then greeted me with a smile and I was educated on SBE. I had to have an ultrasound done but she made me feel very at ease. DEF would recommend!

I appreciate Dr. Pupa for offering to have me to come to her office to have the mammogram done, rather than down the street—-to later be called back to get an ultrasound. She is a very caring professional, and I really appreciate her and the others who work in that office.

I have been going to Woman’s Healthcare for 5 yrs now. They are ALWAYS very professional. The office is ALWAYS neat, clean and cozy. The staff and Dr Puppa are very attentive and caring. This year I was worried about my safety because of a Covid but as I checked in, sat down and observed I was pleased to see that The office and staff was very prepared with an outstanding safety protocol and implemented it consistently all day. I recommend this Clinic to every woman who needs Breast Care and are Scared OUT OF THEIR MINDS about having to go through the experience of the fear of having Cancer.
