Dr. Moore is wonderful! I never have a problem making an appointment. He always listens and is the most caring doctor I have ever dealt with. Office is clean and nurses are very nice. Would recommend Dr. Moore to anyone searching for a family physician.

I visit two physicians at Meridian Medicial Associates. Both are very professional and suite my needs. Reception and nursing staff are great and waiting time is mineable. I would gladly recommend MMA to my friends.

Always a good experience when I see Dr. Anderson. He listens to you.

The LPN that works for Dr Begum does not know now how to use a manual blood pressure correctly Therefore, I won't be going back. This is the third time.

I think Dr. UMER is an awesome doctor, but the receptionist and some of the other supporter staff, not including the nurse, are really awful. I asked them to fax my paperwork to the VA for my disability claim and I was told it was at the top of the stack.
A month later when I call to ask if cervical x-rays were part of those documents, another lady let slip that the papers hadn’t been sent. A MONTH LATER!!! She said the fax wouldn’t go through so she’d mail them. WHY DIDN’T SHE NOTIFY ME? Why didn’t she mail them a MONTH ago? I asked them to please try again, and to call me when it was completed, because veterans already have to wait on these processes and it doesn’t help when we don’t send in what they are asking for. I tried to find a patient advocate or something. I need help. They are just holding my paperwork and this is a time sensitive matter.

Worse doctors ever. They make appts and don’t keep the times. Meridian medical associates might as well do walk-ins because appt don’t work if you don’t keep the time.

We are from out of town and needed to see a doctor. The staff was great (we would give them 5 stars), but that was one of the filthiest medical facilities I've ever been in. The floor was covered with dirt and ground in grime and looked like it hadn't been touched in weeks. There is absolutely NO excuse for a medical facility to be like that.

I call Dr Taggert office today, to get result of a biopsy, and of course the Dr was not in, and second the nurses I talk to was so rude . she better be glad I don't live in Meridian ,are I would have went up there and gave them nurses a piece of my mind. So my opinion is don't use them

Another doctor would have been great. I have seen Dr. Anderson and he is amazing, but today I got Dr. Alexander and she waited until I paid to refuse to see me because I'm pregnant (which she knew beforehand) and refuses a refund until Monday.

Dr. Umer office. You can't call and make an appointment. Voicemail runs this office. Sorry excuse for a half done staff. Called for an hour straight and finally have an answer. I have never heard of a doctor appointment taking so much time and energy to establish. I would suggest a different Dr. because they don't answer the phone.

I have been calling Meridian Medical Associate for the last 38 with no answer, a total of 15 calls with no answer.
