Anderson Express Care Clinic

Mrs. McClure is simply awesome. Her bedside manner is excellent. It's so rare, in my experience, to come across a medical professional that legitimately listens to their patients. She answered all my questions, covering areas other doctors from outside the Anderson network failed to cover with me, like test results. I was suffering with severe pain for 20 days, in a row. Already had seen two doctors, and been to an emergency room, for the same symptoms, when I called Anderson Express Clinic. My pain levels with my condition, upon waking today, went from an 8-9 the day I saw her, to about a 3, today, the next day. No opiates either, like some other medical professionals had prescribed. Steroids and alpha blockers, and I'm guessing it's the alpha blockers doing the trick, already had 1 round of steroids from other folks that had some small benefit prior. I can't begin to express how grateful I am to Mrs. McClure.

Received a bill for $200 after paying the receptionist for services before leaving the clinic. I had a small cut. No stitches were necessary. All they did was soak my finger.

I called the receptionist and was told to disregard the bill. I had already paid $66 when I was at the office and she said the remaining balance was $33. I just wish they had it set up to where you could pay before you leave and they could have the full amount in the system. I just want a walk in clinic that charges around $100 and you can pay up front and be done... That's what I wanted and was looking for. I hate surprise bills. And I hate not knowing what I'm going to pay and how much it is before coming or leaving the office. I just want to pay up front and be done.

This needs to be set-up for walk-ins to where no insurance customers can pay a flat fee up front of $100. Many walk-in clinics already have this set up. Please consider doing the billing this way for non-insurance walk-ins. Nobody likes surprise bills and I had much rather pay up front $100 and be done.

Basically $100 is what I ended up paying, but still got a surprise bill which scared me... and I have much rather this be more efficient and together in a manner that is "helpful" for non-insurance customers who would like to pay up front. I do appreciate the discounts offered to non-insurance customers at this location, but have rather the billing be up-front rather than wanting to bill me later.

I had to really be "firm" in order to be able to pay up front the $66 and still had to deal with billing sending me a "surprise bill" although I can say I was rather happy with the outcome.

I just wish it was a more smooth operation...

A man walked in who wanted to be tested for COVID-19, all the employees did was spray some Lysol Disinfectant spray. Quite ridiculous since he touched the door handle that now several people will continue to touch. It was never cleaned, spraying Lysol doesn’t take care of the problem. And they continued to let him stay inside the clinic and touch everything else. Ridiculous.

Don’t go unless you wanna waste hours of your time. go to another clinic for faster service, they take too long to do anything.

Very rude does not do walk ins will make you an appointment to come back this place is a joke

Doesn't take your calls and had to wait almost 2 weeks for test results..
