My experience with the Internal Medicine Clinic staff has always been very professional and ready to help the patient with any problems they have. I have been coming to the clinic for 25 years, and the doctors and nurses are the best in their medical fields. They care about their patients and will do everything possible to give them the best medical advice and treatment.

First the positive, Dr. White was very good and I really liked her. The negative my NP contacted them for me to be seen and it took about a month and a half for me to be seen. I have tendinitis in both feet and 2 fractures in my left foot. I think it’s ridiculous to have to wait that long for an appointment especially with my NP sending in a request.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Scott Hanegan, DPM (Podiatrist) this week. I was impressed from the large parking lot access to the facility. Check-in lady was cordial & fairly quick since I was able to do a pre-check online. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. The Medical Assistant that brought me in was so friendly, she put me at ease from the start. Dr. Hanegan came in within 5 minutes after she left the room with a welcoming greeting. He was very thorough & gentle with me during the foot exam. I also had to get x-rays & the Radiologic Technologist came within a minute or 2. He also was very nice & communicated in a way that I could understand what I needed to do to get the x-rays. Once I was back in the room, the Dr. came back in shortly afterwards & discussed the x-rays to me & wrapped up my little toe that was recently injured which isn't healed yet. He also recommended an OTC arthritis gel to apply on another toe that I broke last year until I decide having surgery on that toe to relieve the constant pain.

All-in-all, it was a great experience considering how Dr. offices go. 🙂

Erin Cooley, NP, is very efficient and calmed my anxious thoughts about the problem i had. Erin was very empathic and relatable, encouraging. Just a vety good person, with her knowledge of the issues. Savannah, her nurse is a joy to be around and very professional as is Erin. I was seen quickly.

Dr. Marshall Tynes is a very kind and interested doctor. He has taken care of our needs since 2014 when we returned to Meridian.
During my last visit, Ms Reed was especially friendly also.

I have struggled with getting my blood drawn...I get dizzy, light-headed and have a lot of anxiety. But at IMC, with Sadie in the lab, my anxiety is gone! Sadie's calm demeanor and excellent skills have completely eliminated my anxiety!

I love going to IMC because everyone is so kind and efficient. Erin Cooley is the best. Her kindness has seen me through some serious health issues.

My Doctor is a godsend, the nurses are terrific. They actually care about you, listens to what you say is wrong and takes care of your problems.

Dr Gary Gibson and his nurses, Lisa and Shannon, are totally, utterly, and awesomely talented and amazing! We love them dearly!

She is a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable physician. I am lucky to have her as my primary care provider.

Trusted staff and physicians. Never have to wait very long. Great clinic!

Just need more transporters elderly patients that com in for visits that can not walk very far.
