I never been treated with nothing but respect here! I truly believe the bad reviews are those who are already angry. The doctors and providers here are professional and amazing!

We were very satisfied with our clinic experience. The staff was friendly and the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and helpful.

First off I would like to say THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART TO ASHLEY, BELINDA ,PATRICK FITZGERALD, LEANN THERE'S NO WORDS ENOUGH TO THANK THESE PEOPLE THEY WENT ABOVE AN BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY,IM SO BLESSED TO HAVE MET THESE FOLKS YA'LL ARE TRULY A BLESSING TO THE VETERANS

Never had a problem the staff could be a little friendlier but other than that they have been great

I always get the best service available and answers to my questions.

Very friendly front desk staff. Answered all my questions.

Patient care is great. Staff is real friendly. As with the the rest of the VA the Administration side is slow, and hard to get in touch with someone. Didi have to call several times to get an appointment.

Rediculous to have a receptionist that doesnt even know what a DD-214 is or can give any info on the place. Looks great for VIP VA management visits but clearly not there to service vets.

I'm shocked and dismayed that something has not been done to aid the suffering veterans that are subject to the poor care provided ... wait, to say provided would imply that SOME care has been given by this clinic. It appears that rather than answer calls they just hang up and if you're lucky enough to be to wait through the useless voicemail system and are able to leave a message it won't be returned. I've been trying to get through to this clinic for over six months and have yet to make contact. I've written my senators and an currently working on placing an OIG complaint. This office needs to be investigated and if need be, totally restaffed. Veterans should not have to put up with this kind of mistreatment after having served to protect their country.

Worst VA I have ever been to. Just moved here from Clermont 18 months ago. Took that long just to get signed up. I received awesome care in Clermont Florida. I get here I have had nothing but problems and the staff talk about rude. No one can do their job. I was suppose to have an appointment today at Anderson and of course no one sent the authorization form and I call over and of course no one answer the phone. I left a message and of course no one will call me back because they never do here.

First visit. Staff not very friendly. I asked what services the facility offers. I never received a clear answer. If asked for an application they will provide it, but they don't always openly offer the services available unless asked. The receptionist staff needs some Diversification.

Worst clinic ever. No one ever answers the phone, never return calls. I've been calling twice a week for 7 months, leaving messages nearly every time, and not one call back. I need to see a freaking doctor. I'm 90% disabled and need treatment. I cant take 6 hours during my work week to drive to Jackson. This place needs to just fire everyone and clean house. Get people in there who care about patients and care about their job. Theres no standard of care or patient treatment.

They don't even deserve a star. I've been the recipient of the worst treatment in all of healthcare from the front desk to the np. My rights violated. Calls rejected. Healthcare rendered is awful as the np will laugh at you for your concerns. No discretion. They will hang up on you and then intentionally block hour calls. They are negligent intentionally. I have proof. The government should fire all of them. They would do the veterans a tremendous favor.

You can never get anyone to answer the phone. They just seem to want to toss meds at you and rush you out the door. You will be lucky if see a doctor, most likely it will be a nurse practitioner and never the same one twice. So ever time you go in its like starting all over.

WORST experience I've ever had with any VA clinic or hospital. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer the phone regardless of why you're calling. I have even been hung up on after someone answered and have had them call and not leave a voice mail only for me to immediately call back to be told they're closed before the posted closing time.

Haven’t had a single return call… no follow ups on anything that I have inquired about. Tried community care and they don’t answer or return calls for that either. Get your care anywhere else but here.

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!! Worst VA CLINIC OVERALL!!! The front desk staff is RUDE!! They act like they don’t care!! Kayla Griffin to be exact is very rude!!
