The Worst State Hospital In The Whole World The Doctors & Nurse Practitioners Especially Teresa Smith Alexander And Dr.Thomas There Are Absolutely The Worse Doctors This Place Went Downhill When They Retired Ms.Juanita Bell Monroe And Ms.Mary Very Sweet Workers They Actually Cares About Their Patients She Actually Cared The Staff Now Are Absolutely The Worst There Just Unprofessional They Really Need To Tear The Hospital Down Because At Alliance Health Center Is 100 Times Better Than East Ms State Hospital The Best Psychiatrist Was At Alliance Health Center Dr.Patrica Dudley She Was Amazing She WILL Actually Sit Down And Talk To You On A One On One And Asked You Questions And Actually Get Down To The Root Of The Problem Unlike Dr.Thomas And Nurse Practitioner Teresa Smith Alexander Is Just A Nurse Practitioner With A Doctorate Degree She Didn't Attend No Medical School To Actually Became A Licensed Certified Psychologist Nor A Licensed Certified Doctor Only A Doctorate Degree If You Are A Certified Licensed Doctor Than You Attended Medical School For Eight Years Ok Than You'll Not Actual Certified Licensed Doctor Than You Just Have A Doctorate Degree You Didn't Attend A Medical School You Just Went School To How Many Years Two More Years To Complete A Doctorate Degree Whoop The Doo Now Dr.Patrica Dudley She Is The Best Licensed Certified Psychologist And She Actually Cares And Sees If You Have A Mental Illness Or Not If You're Mental Or Not Now That's A Licensed Certified Psychologist She Actually Will Talk To You On A Daily Basis So In My Book I Rate Dr.Patrica Dudley A Million Stars And Give Her The Best View And Dr.Patrica Dudley Will Determine Rather Are Not If You're Really Suffer From A Mental Illness Or Not That's Why I like Dr.Patrica Dudley She Is Absolutely The Best Licensed Certified Psychologist Unlike The Doctors And Nurse Practitioners At East Mississippi State Hospital There So Unprofessional And Rude And Have An Attitude Problem Especially Teresa Smith Alexander To Mean She Really Need An Attitude Ajustment That Doctorate Degree Done Swell Her Head So Big And They Really Don't Care I Give East Mississippi State Hospital Zero Stars And A Bad Review

Food is nasty. Nurses are a pain. Doctors are demons. Michelle NP a devil. DCWs are rude and hateful. I was told I didn't need meds but since I was there she had to give them to me. You can't refuse anything here or they hold you down and give you a shot.

My brother was admitted to this hospital court order. They were negligent. They discharge him while he was mentally unstable and overdosed with medication from their facility. The techs called me at midnight stating that they were driving him home and somehow he was able to go in a store and steal alcohol. Tgey claimed he was drunk and took pills. All under their care. He did not have alcohol in his system per Tupelo hospital. He is now in Tupelo hospital in ICU away from that heartless and inhumane facility. I spoke to the director Charles Carlisle who yell over the phone and did not give me clear answers about why he overdosed under their care.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My brother is currently a patient at the hospital; it took two weeks before we were able to speak with him. We had to call the mental health hotline in order to get any information. Last week he received a broken chin multiple lacerations to his face and we are still not able to get him the proper care he needs. We are currently working to have moved to another hospital. If you are a concerned love one please don't send your loved ones here.

My daughter was a patient there. A daughter that I was searching for for over 15 years. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. And I have begged the staff to please let me know where they sent her because my phone number is changed. It's been almost a month and they won't let me know where my daughter is even though I have stage four breast cancer. They are heartless.

This hospital even admits to being 40+ years behind in mental health. They made my mother worse in the 90s. They used old inhumane methods on people!

Worst experience in my life was working there!!! Very unprofessional supervisors and management!!! They care nothing about the clients!

The staff are ugly and rude they give you the runaround and even if you have permission and the code and are put on the call list the still want tell you anything it’s like there hiding something my sweet lady needs to be discharged now, tomorrow, Sunday or Monday no Exception this is unacceptable ridiculous and some people need to do there job or be fired and need to discharge my sweet lady now

please never send anyone you care for here...i was sent twice '94 and '04...assaulted by staff first time...this is not a place of healing
