Suzie McCraw School of Dance will always hold a precious spot in my heart. I attended for 16 years from 2-18 and loved every second of it. I was apart of many different classes including jazz, pointe, regular ballet, tap, clogging, lyrical, gymnastics, contemporary, and cheer. I also was apart of the competition team for many years. This studio is not just a studio, it’s a family. Mrs. Suzie doesn’t just only do an AMAZING job teaching dance, but also helps her students grow into kind and respectable young women. I wouldn’t miss the opportunity to let my child be apart of this loving and inspiring environment if I had one. If I ever do have a child interested in the art, Mrs. Suzie McCraw will be my first call.

I attended Suzie McCraw School of Dance for 7 years and loved every year of it. I was apart of every class I was able to and loved every second of it. Mrs. Suzie is more than a dance teacher, she is one of the most amazing women I’ve ever met. At this dance studio I have made some of my life long friends. I believe with my whole heart that this studio is one if not the best studio in meridian, and I will always stand by that. Mrs. Suzie knows how to teach young girls more than just dance, she teaches them how to become young women, how to respect other, and how to love others as their self. This studio is more than just a studio it is a family and a community. No matter who you go to in this studio there will be open arms and a listing ear. I danced for Suzie for majority of my childhood until I graduated from high school. I loved every second of dancing with Suzie McCraw. She not only taught me the art of dancing, but also coached me in gymnastics, and was one of the greatest mentors for me throughout my grade school years. I attended her ballet classes, pointe classes, jazz classes, solo classes, gymnastic classes, and I was on her competition team for about 5 years. She is a great influence on everyone, and makes learning the techniques of dance fun! I wish I was still a kid so I could continue to dance with her.

I took from Susie for 15+ years and had the time of my life. It was a second home to me. So it was an easy decision when my daughters were old enough to start them in dance with Susie. I wanted them to have the same experience that I did and of course they have. Haylee was not a dancer at heart but still loved her time there and all the memories she made. Harper has taken since she was old enough and is currently on the dance company and Sr gym exhibition team and loves every minute of it. Not only does she have friends for life she has a teacher who is not only teaching her dance but encouraging her to have confidence in everything she does. Susie, Michelle, and Tiffany are the best instructors and want nothing but the best for everyone and you can tell they strive for the best. I love this studio and 100% recommend it!

If you are looking for a place to learn excellent technique this is the studio for you. We tried several studios before we came to Suzie’s 8 years ago and it has been amazing to see how much my daughter has grown into a well rounded dancer. We love our dance family and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We’ve danced here for many years now and love it! Shes very good with the girls and pushes them to be their very best!

My daughter has been dancing with Suzie McCraw School of Dance for 10 years. She started taking gymnastics, ballet and tap as a shy toddler and is now preparing for her third jazz solo. She is also a member of the Senior Company, Cheer Company and Senior Gym Exhibition while taking jazz, lyrical and point classes. Mrs. Suzie and Mrs. Tiffany are creative dance instructors, and each year brings new routines and opportunities to compete in different locations. The instructors not only teach various forms of dance, but they also perform with their older students during recitals. As a parent, I’m amazed with the progress that my 13-year-old daughter has made over the years.

I have attended this dance studio since I was 3 years old, and it has become a second home for me. I have been taking dance for 15-16 years now and I am now working at the studio. I started out as a shy little girl, but with the help of the teachers at this studio I have grown into a confident young woman. All of the teachers truly love and care for the students here and push them to do their absolute best. Over the years Mrs. Suzie, Mrs. Tiffany, and Mrs. Michelle have taught me a while range of dances including: ballet, tap, lyrical, contemporary, point, jazz, cheer, hip-hip, musical theatre, and even gymnastics. This studio is a not only a place for these students to learn the art of dance, but is also a place where they can feel comfortable to express who they are. Everyone at the studio treats each other like family because thats what we are a big family from all different paths of life. If anyone is interesting in taking dance classes or gymnastics I 100% recommend taking here.

Our daughter has enjoyed dance for 12 years at Suzie McCraw School of Dance! She started out taking ballet and tap as a little girl. Now she enjoys pointe, jazz, lyrical dance along with award winning competition dance! Suzie takes time with each dancer. She encourages her dancers to be their very best! She has always chosen beautiful music and elegant costumes for every show. Our daughter will always have fond memories of her years in dance!

My daughter was a student big Suzie McGraw School of dance for fourteen years. She learned great dance techniques as well as life lessons through her participation in competition dance troupes. I definitely recommend this studio.
