Eddie was very helpful in finding the right bike for my 6 year old, and he gave her confidence to try to get on it without training wheels. We are working on it, but will take it back to him if we want to get some training wheels added to it. There was a great selection of kids and adult bikes when we went in. Shop local!

Eddie did an amazing job asking the right questions to uncover potential needs! I took my bike in for service and although the bike is twenty years old, it rides like new. The turnaround was quick. I had it back the next day. I would recommend to anyone!

Eddie spent a lot of time helping me pick the correct Brooks shoes - explaining the benefits of each pair I tried on. He knows his products very well. My experience at Heart and Sole was great and I’ll be buying shoes here again in the future.

Wonderful home town fitness shop

Friendly staff, spent time with me having plenty of friendly, off topic conversation while I was there. Varied, if shallow, selection. Answered all of my questions. Didn't try to push a sale when I wouldn't have known the difference.
