Some of the people who work here are very rude and give customers attitude. Others are somewhat nice. Depending on the person I am dealing with, it will either be a pleasant or unpleasant experience.

This bank always comes up with an excuse as to why they can't cash a check. They will try to make you open an account and deposit your check instead of cashing it. This happens after verification of the check and my ID as well. I only stop here if I'm already in Walmart. This has happened to my client as well. Separate occurrences, but we have also been asked to come back or call ahead of time before coming in.

1 star because I can't go lower. Horrible management Horrible HR. Made my life hell. This is a lying company at least the ppl that work on hwy 19. That lady they have as manager is something else. You bring them BIG contracts and they will make something up fire you and take all the credit while denying your unemployment. I understand why people don't last at that location. My review is so ppl can avoid a Horrible work experience.

They tell you funds are available same day and they are NOT. they DONT tell you that if it's a check you've never cashed before there can be a 7 DAY hold on it . So here I am , no money , a three month old , and no way to sustain myself. They straight up lie and withhold information

There isn't any such thing as same day transfer with these folks. I transferred money yesterday morning before 9 and here it is Friday at 9:14 and it still isn't showing up in my account..... I'm closing my accounts soon as my money hits..
