I honestly had the best experience overall in professionalism at this dealership. I did not feel pressured into any vehicle. I felt my specific needs of what I wanted in a vehicle were heard with care rather trying to upsale me or convince me of a vehicle. I was able to find a wonderful vehicle that fit my budget and needs. Thank you so much to the kind manager who thanked me for even visiting. I can’t remember the finance ladies name, but I really appreciated my budget needs in establishing a comprehensive understanding of my options in financing. Andy Scott is a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable, personable, and was never pushy. He listened to everything I wanted and needed in a vehicle and was quick to show me what I needed. Most importantly, he never acted like he knew better than I did. Sean Scott was my business manager; he explained all of my options without being pushy, which is very appreciative. I highly recommend them both!!

I had the best experience with Melissa at Hyundai of Fayetteville. I went in and told her what I was looking for, what my requirements were , my stipulations and price range. Comes to find out that we’re actually live in the same neighborhood on the same street so funny. Great conversation and awesome laughter. Then after the process was done we took some pictures and said our good byes. I got home and realized I left my garage key in my old vehicle after hours.. WHY me!! However Melissa jumped on the bandwagon and her and Mr. Dee took care of me. Mr. Dee stayed to make sure I could get into my house. What an awesome team. Thanks so very much for everything.

Everyone was so amazing in the buying process. Andre helped me buy a dodge charger and he did phenomenal. Really good people and great customer service.

We CANNOT say enough about the staff at Lee Hyundai. We were returning home to Canada after leaving Myrtle Beach. We ran into an engine code issue that needed to be addressed immediately. We pulled into Lee Hyundai with no prior notification to see if they could do anything for us. They were extremely busy but after hearing our issues they had us in the garage within the hour and diagnosed! Parts were not available until the following morning so there we stood with a dog and luggage in an unfamiliar city. Mike and Chris made SURE that we were personally taken by Chris himself to a great hotel for the night . Expecting the worst to come the following day that the vehicle would be ready in the afternoon we unexpectedly received a call at 9:30 am your car is ready and we will pick you up. In today’s world we sadly just expect minimal service at best. We I can say that the atmosphere at this location was second to NONE and they were actually CONCERNED about two strangers and a dog lol. We forever grateful for the compassion and service provided by ALL at Lee Hyundai.

Andre, made the buying process easy from first ordering the car to the pickup of the car. Took me on test drives of cars similar to the one I purchased. Was not pushy like some car dealers. Fully explained features of the car. I am glad I chose Lee Hyundai for my 2024 Tucson Hybrid Limited.
