Regions Bank

I have been a Regions customer for over 30 years even before the bank was Regions. My experience has always been positive, even though there was not always a branch located in the town where I lived. I am a satisfied customer.

They were very helpful and assisted with all of my baking needs quickly and efficiently.

The manager was very helpful.. Very nice and took care of my problem.

The white bank tellers, Priscilla, Justin, and Kayla, are RACIST! They never speak or greet their black customers/ POC. The only teller who will is the only POC woman I’ve seen work there. Tellers act like they don’t want to help you, will gladly switch banks. Service is also incredibly slow to top it off. Dissatisfied with this location

By far the rudest customer service experience of my life. I waited 45 minutes on a manager who never came out of his office, just so I could make a withdrawal form one of my three accounts. I had left my wallet at home. I left that place, went to another branch, and got my money. I would never go back.

49 minutes and 25 seconds on the phone with Regions. Tried closing my account but cant do it over the phone. They said I have to come in person. I moved 14 hours away to another state and am not able to. There is a negative balance of 5.36 that I must pay in person also. I didnt realize this bank was going to be difficult to do business with.

Don't go to this bank they tell you one thing and do another then when you call them on it they are quick to blame someone Elsa and say oh we don't know what the computer is going to do
