I found them to be rude and a bit unprofessional. I know they knew their jobs,but the attitude isn’t a good look. It’s hard for me to say we not protecting black womenfolk when we won’t even treat each other with common decency. It really is a good thing I take my bipolar disorder medication….And looked at the bigger picture because I would not have been able to control myself otherwise. I am really proud of myself for not stooping to their level. And it’s was so obvious that’s what the person wanted. I hope they never need help and have to deal with someone like themselves.

The woman answering the phone is rude and not helpful at all!! Why is she there?? Been trying to get ahold of meals on wheels,option 3 does not go through for meals on wheels! Person answering the phone keeps putting me through to the same option😡 sooo I called again and told her it wasn't working and she STILL send me to the same option!!

This is my Complaint for Multi-County in Meridian, Mississippi:

Read: Good Afternoon, My name is Annie Robinson and I have a complaint about the Senior Case manager, Shirley Blanks. I'm not sure you are the correct person to contact, but I will send this email to several members of this organization until it reaches the right person. I recently had an appointment with Ms. Shirley Blanks. I turned in all required documentation requested. During the appointment, she asked what exactly I needed help with and I told her two months' rent (Like I received before). Ms. Shirley Blanks assured me that Multi-County would help me (As Before). Also, she asked if I needed help with any other bills, such as Cell phone, electricity, water, and even Cable bill. I told her I was only concerned about the two months' rent and light bill. She stated that it would not be a problem. Within two weeks of my appointment, I only received one month's rent ($675). I did not receive the other month's rent and assistance with my electricity bill. I was lied to. I have the email that shows a copy of the requested

documents asked for. I am still needing help with the other month's rent, as I requested in the appointment, and assistance with my electricity bill. Got no help at all for my wife thats stranded there an needs help with a ride home to Tn an we have no vehicle !

There service is poor its been a month since I've been there nothing paid another bill have came out still nothing now everything is about to be off when they had a month 😢
