I'm moving back to Meridian after over 20 years. Me visit to Ace a pleasure. Great salespeople and very helpful. Can't wait to go back and get some of these Christmas items.

Came in looking for door hinges, and a friendly staff member was more than helpful in not only finding what we needed but he also gave us some good ideas for what we needed to do to hang the door.

Bill and his guys have this place running like a well-oiled machine. Great service, and they genuinely want to help you have a smooth shopping experience. You can't find that anywhere these days. At other stores, workers forget they are getting paid to provide service.

The shop has enlarged and is beautiful. Personel are always helpful (I came in to find my daughter who was shopping) and found her!

Friendly owner and employees. Helpful associates. Great selections, nice gift section, too. We always choose to shop at this store before venturing farther away to others in the area. From spices to hardware, tools to pet supplies, this is a great place to shop.

Employees are nice , and welcomed us when we came in. Several employees even came up to us while we were there and asked if we were finding what we were looking for. Huge assortment of everyday needs, and i loved the home decor. I ended up getting some things for my moms birthday. She loved everything I got, and said the candles smelt awesome!

Commercial rings true, they are a very friendly place. They are a smaller hardware store, but they have a ton packed in there. For that quick item that you don't want to drive across town for, ACE is a good hardware bet

They have expanded so its incredible. The employees are super and eager to help.

Love this place. it's a little more pricey but the employees are great.. helpful but not overbearing. It's worth paying extra not to deal with the customer base you would at say the $ tree..

I went here for paint supplies twice within a week period. Both days I went I was immediately greeted and offered assistance to find what I was searching for. Super friendly staff and amazing customer service.

Customer service is always second to none. Every time I go in I am greeted by a smiling face and asked if I need any help. Not many place have this level of customer service anymore. A credit to all the management and employees that work there, keep up the good work!

Great customer service here! It is nice when you walk into a store and know that each employee is going to be super helpful and amazing. Richie always helps me with various projects. You honestly could not ask for better service. I wish ACE sold lumber, so that I would not have to go to Lowes and deal with that store. When you go to Lowes, you never know what type of experience you will have. When you go to ACE, you always know that your experience is going to be great when you deal with the employees.

I love my local Ace hardware. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They always know where what you need is located and offer suggestions and alternatives if there are any available. I'd rather go here that go to anywhere else any day of the week. The environment in the store is always welcoming and friendly

Ace really is the place. We made our first trip to Ace for a propane refill on a specialty sized tank. Mr. Richie helped us pick out a few parts for our project and then filled the tank that many other places refused to fill because of its size. When I say he “helped us pick out parts” I mean he walked the store with us helping us pick out and carry various items. It’s like Chic-Fil-A customer service at a hardware store. We will make a special trip to Ace before going to any other hardware stores in the future. If you need anything they might carry in stock make the trip to Ace first. You will not be disappointed.

Wow what can you say but it's one of the best places to shop in Meridian. The staff is amazing. And the GM Shane is the best he always goes way above what he needs to make sure your well taken care of.

Awesome people and truly care for their customers. Can definitely tell a big box like lowes from the locally owned ACE. I truly hope this store continues to succeed, I will be a return customer over and over!
