Hilton Garden Inn Meridian

Easy to get to from the freeway, good parking, easy check in and check out. Nice clean room that was very comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly. We stopped on our way to Atlanta and liked it so much we stopped back heading home to Shreveport.

I want to give a huge thank you to Mrs Wendy at the front desk. My mom was traveling from Texas to help take care of my daughter and started to not feel well.
Wendy was wonderful. She helped me set up a reservation, allowing my mom to check in a bit early which allowed her to get some rest. As well as set up the appropriate accommodations. Thank you Mrs. Wendy 💕 Kudos to you for being so compassionate, your kindness and phenomenal customer service! We appreciate you!!!!

Nice rooms, clean ,and the staff was very nice, heated pool. I loved the Kerig coffee pot in the room. Slept like a baby because the beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Stores and restaurants close, and even bar service in lobby.

I stayed here as a halfway stop for a drive from Texas to North Carolina.

I was very pleased with the staff at this hotel. Windy checked us in and was super sweet. Everyone on staff, from the housekeeping staff was very friendly. We will probably pick this hotel the next time we make the same drive.

I will note that we did get a phone call at 10:00pm in the evening after we went to bed as the front desk was trying to locate a barking dog (not ours, but I'm not surprised that a dog may have been barking in a pet friendly hotel, as it was New Year's Eve). I understand that the desk staff may not be able to leave their post at the desk, but if they had walked up past our room they would've heard that our room was quiet, as we had gone to bed two hours earlier. I would've preferred if they had made an effort to avoid calling us, but thankfully it didn't upset our evening too significantly. It helped that the desk was very friendly when we checked in and very apologetic when they called.

As a traveler, I also appreciated that there are cameras posted in the parking lot, and that the parking lot was well lit in front and back. I noted that a fellow guest was comfortable enough with this security that they left a rooftop cargo bag on their vehicle overnight.

There is a starbucks and other chain restaurants within a few minutes of this hotel, which makes it a convenient stop.

We didn't get the chance to check out downtown Meridian, but if we had time we would've enjoyed visiting their historic downtown.

All in all- Meridian and this hotel in particular are a great stopping point for a traveler that is traveling through and needs a place to stop that isn't Vicksburg, Jackson, or Tuscaloosa.

We arrived very late in the evening around 11pm. The staff member on duty was extremely friendly and welcoming. She made our check in experience easy. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep. The next morning we had breakfast in the lobby where we were given attentive and delightful service. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. This is why I always choose Hilton properties when I travel. I especially love Hilton Garden Inn.

Sayed here 2/10/24 and the front desk clerk was very nice and personable when checking in and the room was really nice and everything so clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at the breakfast were very nice and helpful. All in all I would definitely stay here again!

Top tier from top to bottom from GM(Mr.Jordan), Ms. Sherita and others in housekeeping, the bar, the restaurant has the best fried fish and Ms. Nicki at the front desk. We were on the road traveling for business and had some mechanical issues and at the last minute and a busy weekend they made room for us. This hotel is pet friendly, perfect location, clean and beautiful.

Stayed here on way to Mobile, Alabama for a cruise. It was clean and front desk staff were nice and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Good location. The breakfast area was clean and nice too.

We stayed here after a football game in a near by town. Upon our arrival we were told that there were no sheets for the pull out bed. We also were told that there were no more towels available, but we could use the towels from the gym. The next day after we checked out my arms and my chest began to itch. To my surprise I was ate up with bed bug bites! Out of all of the Hilton hotels that I have stayed in this was indeed the worst one.

Our 2 room suite was very spacious and clean. From the beds to the pillows to the televisions everything was perfect. As the staff was so professional and inviting. Nicole at the Hilton was simply amazing! I love her...she was such a joy and made myself and my family feel extra special. We will most definitely be back to visit and will be staying at this location.

Also service staff were awesome in the bar/restaurant area. Maika was a treat.

The whole stay went as I had expected. Kudos to this property.

***Only thing to improve would be to NOT have housekeeping screaming HOUSEKEEPING in the hall so early. It can be accomplished much quieter, please!***

Stopped here for a one-nighter on a long road trip home from the Masters golf tournament and we couldn't have been treated nicer. Nichole was the B.E.S.T. front desk/host I have ever experienced in any hotel, ever!
She went way above & beyond to make a quick stay the best it could be. Her kindness and hospitality were a warm blanket of comfort after a long day on the road.

Everyone was so nice and the rooms were very clean, my husband were there for a function, I had went after our session and asked kitchen for coffee,they put out coffee for our group also we had to dress up for our session and I had ask for a late check out they were very accommodating. Just really good people running this hotel. Will be recommending to my family and friends. Thank you

Nice looking hotel. Room is very nice, clean, and accommodating.

Clean, comfortable, welcoming. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Bar and restaurant with delicious menu choices. Room was large, clean and bed was very comfortable. Bath was great.

I always check the reviews before booking, I believe they are an important part of choosing my room. This hotel was right off the interstate and easy to find. Very clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. Love the fact they take dogs

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The front lobby has Lysol wipes for the guests, which I absolutely loved. They're taking extra precautions to make sure they're guests are safe. Although I was there on a business trip, I will definitely visit again
