Washington County Memorial Hospital

I called to follow up on a medical treatment their emergency room performed,the woman who answered was very rude,cold and callous,she gave me the impression she didn't want to be bothered!! A very rude ignorant person! They should not have people like this answering the phone nor working in a hospital!

I just finished a 13 week travel nursing contract. I can honestly say this was a wonderful experience. I felt like part of the “work family”. I witnessed the staff going above and beyond to meet the needs of every patient there. Thank you for allowing me to be apart of your team. I will truly miss you all

Been here a few times. Nothing but quality care and respect. Our Lil hospital has come a long way. No place is going to please everyone, some of the customers I know are rude, demanding, and just want medication . Not all but alot. Being respectful as a patient goes along way also. Good job wcmh

Dr. Geraci and the nursing staff were very caring and compassionate with my father during his stay. They kept him comfortable and calm. Covid is a horrible disease but you add dementia in the mix it's terrifying. Thank you all.

They found a heart murmur on my son and that lead to more testing which we found out he has anomalous, (narrowing of the coronary artery, and other problems. Then my other son passed out and hit his head so they did a CT scan and found out that my son had chronic sinus infection and we have been to so many doctors and allergist for 6 months and no one could figure out why he had a cough. Well let's just say I recommend this hospital.

Have all ways had best care. I have been treated there a number of times and have had my blood tests, sleeping tests and other outpatient procedures. Staff has been great. Attentive, caring, and works hard to see you are well taken care of.
We are lucky in this county to have such a great hospital in this area.

Everyone was wonderful with my Dad's care in the ER and in the hospital.

The staff here went above and beyond for me. I was admitted sunday night, and all of the nurses and CNAS that I had were very polite, showed the utmost respect, and compassion for me. I have never had a better experience at any hospital ever before. They didnt pass judgment on why I was there instead they were very supportive of me. I would recommend this hospital to anyone

Very pleased with the staff & doctor (07/09/19 @ about 8pm) they treated me quickly and the doctor was thorough, his staff was on top of everything. All questions I had were answered & the doctor was awesome.

Prompt, Dr took his time, treatment good, and meds correct.

They are great! Evergone was friendly and helpful. Was seen super fast. And have been awesome about sending records to pcp. HIGHLY Recommended!
