Holiday Inn Meridian E - I 20/I 59, an IHG Hotel

Food is awesome in restaurant, great location. Easy access to I 20 . Walmart close by different eating establishments near. Indoor pool is open.

Update from previous visit: I have stayed the night and had dinner here a couple of times since my last post and the food along with the staff have been amazing, especially the dining staff Mariann, Tami, and Trell.

Love the restaurant Food drinks and staff are tops. Maryann and Tammy will always greet you with a smile and kind words. The kitchen staff is great and I recommend their salads and burgers. Breakfast is great too, food always fresh
Great addition to the hotel, after work it’s great to just walk downstairs and get such great food, drinks and service.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I travel a lot and stay at higher rated places but this was great! The bed was so comfortable and I wanted to know what kind of sheets they used. High quality! The restaurant bar was nice and the food was tasty. I'd definitely stay here again.

Mary Ann has to be the best bartender in meridian always makes sure your well taken care of great personality very attentive and makes the whole experience more enjoyable I have been to bars and restaurants across the country and she is among the best

The front and the ladies that handle the bar are better than momma's home cooking! They always have time to chat, even when they are busy! I have spent a lot of time at the hotel over the last two months, it has become home away from home when I am working. I feel like I am with family the only difference is here at the hotel, we get along😏

This was a great place to stay at and the service was great I left my toothbrush and mouth wash and was able to get it back with little stress involved.

Had a small issue with an AC until sounding like a C-130 on take-off in rm 317. The night manager promptly dealt with the issue! Remains a key stopping point when I travel to the east coast. This has been recently modernized! One key feature was the shades in the rooms. It was a fight to get the windows to not let light in... but look at this design! I was put into 319...awesome room! This remains a go to place for me.

The most outstanding staff! We stayed one night on a road trip and forget a few items in the room. Before we even realized they were missing the staff called us to let us know. They then held them for 5 days for us until we were coming back through. When we got there to pick them up, they knew exactly who I was and had my items safely stored for me. Very impressed with there customer service! Thank you so much for being awesome.

Nicest most helpful staff I've ever seen anywhere. They were like a family. The kitchen and dining area staff were so nice and friendly. It was so different and positive that it made me want to come back to Meridian. In fact, in the entire area, I didn't talk to one negative or rude person. It was such a good experience. I wish more staff and areas in general were this nice.

Checked in around 3am. I was in contact with the desk clerk during my trip to keep in touch about coming in so late. I wish I would have got her name. She was very friendly and helpful. Got us a room with no hassle. She was very patient with us. We were so tired. The room made me a little nostalgic since I used to stay at Holiday Inn a lot years ago. It was clean and comfortable for the 6 hrs of sleep we got. Check out was easy.

This location was convenient for us as we traveled from Mobile to attend my granddaughter's graduation the next day at the University of Alabama, ROLL TIDE

Wow, what an awesome stay. Clean facility, attentive and friendly front desk staff. Quiet. After a long trip, it was nice to end my day in the bar with a nice drink. The restaurant was awesome. I hope I'm getting her name right because she deserves much praise. The waitresses name was "Shameisha," an incredible woman who appeared to work the restaurant solo. With the level of guests coming and going, she never lost her smile. She checked to make every guest happy and had a good time. My coffee mug was never empty. She made all of us feel like we were special.

We are returning in March, with friends, en route to New Orleans, I can't wait.

03/15/23: And as promised, I returned. Same great facility, same awesome staff. So again, we'll see you in April of next year. Keep up the superior work you guys are doing.

Very nice place to stay. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave coffee maker. Updated tvs are the only thing needed. Right off the interstate. A little confusing to get to because the street in front is one way so if you miss your turn you have to go out your way to get back to the hotel. They need a larger street sign. The hotels are clustered together.

I stayed here one night and my stay was delightful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I like that this hotel has samples of lotion, soap, and shampoo. The third floor was quiet and this was a Friday night and the parking lot was full!
I will definitely stay again. Oh, the food in Kem's is delicious too!

This really is a great hotel! The staff are great and really do make it a fun place. Chelsea B. was amazing and made us not only feel welcome, but like each guest really mattered. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my fellow tech! It really does make the stay so much better when you get welcomed like that! I will definitely make sure to go to this hotel anytime I am in the area and need a hotel. Definitely worth driving extra miles for!
The rooms were VERY clean and the hotel actually has a bar built in, so if it is raining and you don't really feel like going to one of the many other options around, you can still have fun! The bartender was great and kept us entertained in between drinks. Really I just wish I stay at more hotels like this!

This place was great! We needed a place to stop for the night and choose Holiday Inn at random. The staff were super friendly, both the night crew and the morning crew. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were big and supportive. Not like the small pillows you tend to get at hotels. And the bath towels! The were so soft and fluffy! My husband even remarked on them and he is not one to notice these kind of things. We had such a pleasant stay! Very much recommend this hotel in Meridian.

The beds were truly heavenly soft and the pillows as well. The food was to die for, I mean honestly didn't want to leave. Although there was a young lady at the front desk that didn't like it when I disturbed her computer time . The snarl look she had was uncalled for. It wasn't the same lady that checked me in ,she was very lovely. In all it was a lovely stay.

What a beautiful hotel. I came in off the Highway and picked a location by how nice it was in the parking lot. This looked clean and lots of the reviews for other places weren’t good.

I got the room on TravelEuro. It was $20 less than the desk price. And my room is HUGE!!!
