Very nice friendly staff! We bring all of our animals here for all our veterinarian needs. Three dogs and a cat have all received excellent care.

We had to say goodbye to our family's best friend of 13 years today and all of the staff was wonderful. They made a terrible day less heart breaking with their compassion and patience with us. Would recommend to anyone.

Well of course,,the groomer was awesome,,as usual !!!! She has to put up with Joe's attitude and he still looks perfect when I go to pick him up. You won't find a more friendly staff than these folks. This is Joe,,before and after.

Had our 5 month old Aussie nuetered. Staff seemed to be very caring, gentle & informative. They were attentive & courteous!
Nothing I hate more than when I'm spending my money somewhere & staff is rude! Staff here were all friendly.
Bo did great and was all healed within a week from his surgery.
We plan to return to have our German Shepard female spayed.

My only negative (& not aimed just here) would be I wish spaying & neutering pets was more affordable. Perhaps more people would do it & cut down on unwanted puppies & kittens being born!

Split Rail is the best animal clinic around. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable when it comes to your pet. Their prices are affordable.

Dr. Fielder is so patient & kind. First time meeting her with our dog Missy who HATES going. Dr. Fielder took the time to win Missy over, the best she could before giving Missy her shots. Highly recommend. Doc Lonnie will be missed, but he found a great doc to take over.

Had two females and one male fixed and up to date on shots. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I am somewhat disabled and they took the cats and bags of food to the car for me.

They took excellent care of my little Chihuahua puppies. They were so gentle and caring! It was our first visit but I will be bringing them back here for their routine care.

My first visit was just before Christmas and I took my new beagle puppies in for their boosters. He explained a lot of information about many topics and answered any questions I had with great detail. I returned in a few weeks to have the rest of their shots for the year and was just as please with the visit. A couple month down the road and one of my dogs got injured so I called the clinic, they were able to access the situation and let me know the propper care and thing to look out for. Yesterday I brought my beagles back in and had them micro chipped and he was once again very informative answering any and all of my questions. This clinic is professional and kind. They have my business forever.

Dr Sheppard has been in the business longer than anyone and is so knowledgeable and shares this knowledge every time you go. Not only does he do an amazing job with your animals but he educates you on how to prevent, stop, help, or whatever it may be. At no point in all my years of going to Split Rail have I ever felt like it was about the money it's all about what's best for the animals and thats the way it should always be.

The vet is very caring and good with my puppy.

Dr Lonnie is the absolute best! I’ve been bringing our pets to him for over 25 years and will continue bringing them to him! His whole staff is friendly and compassionate. He also has the best prices around!
