Those folks at U-Save Auto Rental in Meridian, Mississippi are just Fabulous. I have rented cars and trucks from them and it is always a great experience. Friendly folks and Great Service.

The very best customer service I have ever had. They go the extra mile and understand a frequent travelers needs. I wish they operated in every airport. The “Big Guys” should visit here a learn…. Frankly all retailers could learn from them. On a total separate note, their cars are immaculate. Big thanks plus!

BEST car rental service in Meridian! Will never use another. The staff is so kind and welcoming and Steve was so accommodating when I was in a bind and needed a car that same day. The service is fast, easy and they make it so convenient. We did everything electronically and they even have a key kiosk where you can pick up and drop off keys. Amazing service and amazing people. Could not have been happier with the service!

Super nice clean Ford Edge at reasonable (Def compared to enterprise) price. Easy to make the reservation (did everything over the phone and signed rental agreements using docu-sign via emails) and the car was waiting for us at the airport FBO. Definitely will rent a vehicle here if we are ever back in Meridian MS.

I had to get a rental and Kia of Meridian MS refereed me to U Save. They took me to get a car and all I had to do is pay the deposit. The car was clean and dependable. The staff was friendly and they were very helpful and explained the policy and rules as well. I will be renting from them again. Thanks for your help and kindness..

Wonderful WONDERFUL people. Went above and beyond to make sure we had transportation. For absolutely no cost, they dropped me off at the repair shop after returning the rental car when my own vehicle was ready. Cannot recommend enough.

Phenomenal service and low prices! Steve and his team are professional and there are two locations to pick up your car. The fact Meridian Airport has a car rental option is huge! My car was in the shop and I was in a bind for a vehicle but thank goodness USave have cars available at competitive prices. Highly recommend!

If you want to make your life easy and stress free when renting a vehicle, I suggest these guys. This was the best experience i had dealing with a rental vehicle. I rented a van to go to Disney World and it was a clean, well maintained van i have ever seen. the sales team was courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. This company gets 5 stars from me. My family was broken down on the side of the road on our way to vacation and they picked us up on the side of the road. We had a 5 month old , 6 year old and 4 year old we never would have made it walking with the 3 little ones in May on the side of highway 45. I'm extremely grateful. The owner himself brought us a rental car on a roll back so we could continue to the beach. The price was literally less than HALF of what another rental company was going to charge and they wouldn't come pick us up (even though that is their slogan) we had to have a credit card (because evidently a debt card tied to your bank isn't good enough) and the customer service had no empathy that we were stuck with a 5 month old and 2 other children in the summer on the side of the road. So overall I would 1000% suggest ANYONE in this area use u-save because they care and they are cheaper!

The owner, Steve Landrum, is fabulous! He was so helpful in getting me set up with a car and making sure I had everything I needed. He assisted me with my bags and made me feel welcome and valued. I am a frequent traveler and will definitely continue to rent with them whenever I come to Meridian.

This company is the hands down best choice for renting a vehicle in Meridian MS. I had originally attempted to rent a car from Enterprise and was treated in a horrible, completely unprofessional manner. They had assured me there would be no problems with my rental and problems were all that I got from them. U-Save stepped in and absolutely saved the day for me with a beautiful, clean car that I drove away in within 15 minutes of arriving there. These are local people that solve problems here and do business themselves in Meridian. We should all give them our support. We will not be disappointed!

After an auto accident, my family needed a vehicle while ours was repaired. Steve made the rental process so easy. Most of the transaction was handled over the phone and the vehicle was ready when we arrived. We've rented from other companies in the past and this experience was by far the best. Will rent again!

Started to use U-save because it was the only rental car place at the Meridian airport and I am impressed! They bend over backwards to help you and make my random schedule work. It is also very nice that the cars are like a few steps from the entrance of the airport.
