Johnson Dodge

Got an oil change at Johnson Dodge and was very impressed. Staffer was very kind, accommodating, and professional. I waited in a room with coffee, popcorn, and TV that was provided…There was also a drink and snack machine.
I didn’t have a long wait either…Reasonable wait for the service provided.
I am sticking with Johnson Dodge for all my car needs!!!

We were not even trying to buy a car today!
My husband and I were on our way to Johnson Dodge just to look at cars for my daughter. Kia was having a big sale and I wanted to look at the FORTE...Big mistake. Apparently, they have an outside sales team working it. Why KIA (outside people) would hire individuals with such strong angry personalities is beyond me. I guess they are having as much trouble finding workers like everyone else?
Needless to say, my husband was mad, I was embarrassed and although a nice man came to so say sorry and try to help us, we were done!
So after me crying that I just wanted some questions answered, and my husband cooling down after the experience at KIA, we headed to Johnson Dodge.
I should have never gone anywhere else.
When we got there a nice man greeted us and asked if we need help. (at the KIA place we had to go find someone). We said no just looking. No pressure, no malice just a simple ok and to let him know if we need anything. I asked if Johnny was still there?
He said yes and with no dismay at all said that he would get him for us.
I cannot say enough about Johnny. He is a good, honest, and patient man. He answered all my questions with ease and never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything. Needless to say, we decided to purchase 5 minutes before closing not even realizing it because he was so patient. He even brought the KIA Forte over from the other lot for me and my daughter to look at. She being at Eglin AFB with no car, and this being her first purchase, we were looking via facetime at cars together.
Another gentleman by the name of Paul (part owner?) came to help to accommodate us because he had heard of what had happened. That says a HUGE amount to customer service.
Look, if you are looking for a car, go by there. The courtesy, ease of the staff, no pressure to buy a car, and decent pricing made me comfortable enough for our family to help my daughter purchase her first car from them. If not for Johnny and the memory of our prior buying experience, today would have just been an awful!

I went to Johnson Dodge to purchase my new truck and I am glad I did! When I went to purchase my new truck the first two people I meet was Chentrice & TJ Combs. When I arrived it was late but they both stayed and made sure I got what I wanted the way I wanted. I have been back several times since my purchase and the reason I will continue to go back is the way I am treated and the way they take care of my truck. From TJ and Chentrice and the rest of the management and sales team, to Marcie and the rest of the guys in the alignment and quick lube department to Lee Smith and Randy and the rest of the guys in the service department, the customer service is the same, It’s with friendliness and respect. Customer service is very important to me and being in customer service along time ago I know when I see it because I know what it takes to give it and Johnson Dodge,Chrysler,Jeep, Kia has it!!! The check engine light on my 2016 Chrysler 300 came on and I called around to many Dodge dealerships in the Louisville surrounding areas. I was told by them all that it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even look at my car. I called Johnson Dodge and spoke with the advisor by the name of Dillon. He went above and beyond to get me squeezed in and consistently provided updates on what was going on with my car. Just talking to him on the phone assured me that he took his job seriously and cared about customers!! The techs couldn't find my lug lock key and asked if I could come get it for them because they didn't wanna go through my belongings which is a testament to their honesty.. Today is 22 MAY 2023 and this is a follow up to my previous post about 3 weeks ago. My wife and I live in Florida and we returned to Meridian to take delivery of our previously owned vehicle. Working with my Salesman, Johnny Naylor, and Paul Johnson was very refreshing as they made it so easy to register our vehicle in Florida, Paul took care of everything and my wife is so happy with her SUV. The vehicle drove perfectly over the 800 miles and having the Sirius XM Radio all ready and set up in the pre-owned SUV was a pleasant surprise! If you are looking for a great vehicle (new or pre owned) do yourself a favor and checkout the large inventory at Johnson Dodge Chrysler - Meridian. The vehicles are priced at a very fair price and you will receive the friendliest and most professional customer service hands down!!! My wife is extremely happy with her SVU and we are so happy we purchased at this dealership.

If I could give my salesman, Johnny Naylor, and the Finance Manager, Paul Johnson, 10 stars I would. I reside in Florida and purchased a 2020 Toyota 4Runner with the help of Johnny Naylor. We love coming here, the woman that runs the office in services department is the best! She cracks me and my husband up, she’s always so very nice. They are all fairly fast workers, we appreciate the hard work they do and it is noticed!! They are driven and determined, we love that and that’s how they got us into a much needed new truck! Had an issue with my new Jeep it was gonna take longer than expected to get it fixed. Marie Brown and megan listened to my concerns and were very helpful and understanding. Even when I showed slight irritability they were willing to do what ever it took to keep the customer happy. The whole team has been nice and work in a timely manner. One of the best customer service experiences I have had by far.

Traveling in my Promaster, developed an engine noise, no warning lights. They got me in right away, cracked flexplate. Saved me from a side of the road breakdown.
