Very accommodating and courteous (even when I had to reschedule my appointment several times due to work conflicts.) All staff that I encountered were welcoming and friendly and sincerely seemed to want to help in any way possible. The service was done quickly and I was called as soon as my vehicle was ready. Over all I was very pleased.

We had about 1 week to work through my deal through no fault of the dealership - via phone. After I went in person, I felt like family amongst the whole dealership. My sales rep Dennis went over and beyond to make sure I felt well equipped, well informed, and well guided. I can't say enough good.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect, and have benefitted in several ways by dealing with Nelson Chevrolet. Recently, for just one example, I had my car checked out before a trip and had my oil changed. I had brought current coupons which were accepted. Discovered our front headlamp was out, so drove to the dealership service department at 9am. At first, I wasn’t sure where to go, but saw a green arrow above a lane entering the service bay and drove through. Was greeted by Jessica, explained the problem. She asked for my cell and said “I got you”. And she did. Was driving out in about an hour. Friendly and effective service. I’ll be back.

Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation on my dad's 2021 Chevrolet Silverado truck. Ended up getting an oil change, a tire rotation, and a couple recalls taken care of. They notified him that he had recalls and proceeded to take care of them without hesitation. That's great service if you ask me. They will always be the go to place for my dad to get his truck taken care of. Waiting room was pleasant and accommodating. People there were friendly and knowledgeable. Time wise, the work was done promptly and without a long wait.

Been here on Monday for the last 2 weeks. They repaired my Tahoe air and Silverado brakes. The wait time was responsible. I made sure I made appointment a week in advance. Mr. Cha took me places with a smile. Wonderful experience

Our van was worked on by another shop in Meridian, and blew off a loose turbo hose. The van sounded awful, and it just limped along. Nelson Hall Chevy service techs ran diagnostic tests and quickly identified the problem. I love that they called me first to approve a 1 hour repair and then waived the diagnostic fee. Problem solved!

Had my 2018 GMC Sierra SLT towed to Nelson Hall Monday . Called Nelson Hall Tuesday morning when they open. Marces was my Service Advisor on my truck. She was very friendly, helpful and kept me updated on my truck. She had my truck fixed Tuesday same day. Great service and friendly staff. I really appreciate the work the Service Technician did on my truck. I highly recommend this place.

Dennis at Nelson Hall was the only salesman out of many Chevrolet dealers that I shopped at that was willing to get me the vehicle I was looking for at a fair price. Dennis Watson was the salesman that I dealt with. He was a very professional and helpful young man. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and able to answer all of my questions. He followed up my visit to see if I had any additional questions and to see if there was anything else that he could do. He did all of this without being a pushy over aggressive salesman, which I really appreciated.

Warranty services are taking care of in a very speedy manner. Excellent customer service upon check in for service. I came back twice for engine light coming on within 2 days of last engine light that came on. The mechanic & service man came out to talk to me. Told me repair was not covered!!! A critter bit into one of my lines. After fixing it he came out with the hose & showed me the bite Mark's. Highly recommend Nelson Hall for your auto work due to always being honest with you on the repair needed.
