Had an amazing experience at New South Ford. We worked with Lance, he was professional and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and we bought the car within an hour. He stuck to his promised price and they dealt with our bank. Lance even called a couple of weeks after the follow up to make sure everything was good ! We absolutely love the car and couldn’t be happier !! Would definitely recommend buying from this dealership.

Bought a Chevy Colorado and drove all the way from Baton Rouge: I had been in contact with the dealership a couple of day prior to making the trip over to make sure everything was smoothed over. They responded in a very timely manner and when I got to the dealership a couple days later to make the purchase, Lance was there to meet us. Lance was by far the best car sales man I have met during my search for a vehicle. He was reasonable, personable, and extremely helpful. He made the experience stress free and gave great recommendations. Great place to purchase a vehicle!

Well today I drove into into the body shop with my door of my car not being to close at the ford dealership in meridian ms and mr lance pierce was on point with helping me with my problem. Him and his coworkers worked on my door until they came up with a solution and they did not stop. Actually they stopped another project they was on to work on my car, and they didn’t have to do that. They was they nicest people and I truly thank them for helping me fix my door so I wouldn’t have to drive around like the flint stones until sept 20 which was my initial appointment to get my door fixed… You are the man Mr Pierce and the crew at the ford dealership!!

Great service people, great technicians. Was traveling to Texas with a camper in tow, when my F150 lower heater hose broke. Service got me right in, pressure tested, had the parts in stock, and installed in two hours. Did I mention that it was lunch time when I pulled in? Cannot say enough about the service department. Thanks!

The service department is very friendly and make every effort to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Steve and the others make every effort to make sure you understand what they are doing with your vehicle and are honest about the time it will take to do what needs to be done on your visit.

I drive a Ford but today I was having a horrible morning with my RV breaking in everyway possible. I pulled in and was asking about where to find help. I was in tears and the two gentlemen outside said not to worry, they would find somebody! They did!!! They called their mechanic and then called another mechanic and he got me right in to his shop. They didn't have to do anything and yet they did everything they could. BRAVO!!! I WILL MAKE SURE I STOP BY WHEN IT IS TIME FOR A NEW CAR. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My daughter and I were traveling and were experiencing some front end issues and wanted to be sure it was nothing serious. They were excellent about bringing the car in immediately to evaluate it. It turned out to be safe to drive and we were on our way within 20 minutes of arriving at the dealership.

The body shop is one of the best things about this place. I've never purchased a vehicle from here, but we use the body shop about 5 time over the past 3 years. Glen the manager, of the body shop is very personable and makes you feel as though you're the only customer that matters! His assistant is no different. We have no complaints about any of our experience or the staff.

We took our truck there after being rear ended with about 7500. worth of damage. From the time we arrived there to the time we picked up our repaired truck they were the friendliest they could be! Kept us infomed of its progress and made the payment to them from the other drivers insurance company no hassle what so ever! We give them top notch reviews on our dealings with them. Would also make us go there to purchase a new truck without hesitation if we decide to get another.

On 10/13/2021 I called Marshall Ford in Philadelphia, MS to speak with someone in their service department about a problem I am having with my '07 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I spoke with a gentleman in their service department and asked to speak with someone who could give me some general ideas of possible causes with the clear understanding that the exact cause could not be known. He refused to let me speak with anyone or even let me leave my name and number so someone could call be back at a more convenient time. He quite bluntly said, "We don't do that!"
I then called New South Ford and spoke with Johnny in their service department. What a difference! Johnny understood exactly what I needed and spent several minutes going over possible causes, and even gave me likely costs for each scenario.
Keeping all of this in mind, if your looking for understanding, respect, and a genuine, good ole', southern grateful attitude for your consideration in their business, it's NOT Marshall Ford in Philadelphia. IT'S NEW SOUTH FORD in Meridian. Thank you Johnny!

I kind of wish I could move to Meridian just so this could be my Ford dealership!! I was traveling through area and hit some storm debris on the road that dislodged the splash guard on my undercarriage. Had a car full of dogs and camping gear. They got me back on the road in less than half hour with true southern hospitality!!! I cannot recommend them enough.

I had very bad experience with the Quick lane and the service department. However, thanks to Les Alexander (the sales manger) who corrected the wrong doing of others. Thanks Les for caring about your company and customers (I did not buy my truck from him, but will sure consider him in the the future).

Didn’t like the cost of repairs but was absolutely required and fair. Lesson: Don’t put DEF in your diesel tank. Sevice staff was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thanks to Johnny.

Went in for service and the staff was very polite and pleasant. They made a mistake and charged me $125 that should have been waived with warranty work. When I brought it to their managers attention a few weeks later he quickly corrected the mistake and refunded my money, so I believe them to be honest and would work with them again in the future.

They were fast, reliable and professional. And greeted with a smile is always a plus. Nice group of Men and Women.

Awesome group of people here at New South Ford!! I had broken down at the AL. welcome center, called New South, the service rep was very helpful and gave me the number to call for a tow truck etc.
