Went to store for pull handles for a piece of furniture. I needed some help and sales associate named Lloyd helped me out. He was very helpful, polite and friendly. He was well knowledgeable of product I was looking for. He went above and beyond to help me out.

If you are in need for ANYTHING @ lowes and can't find help.....🗣TESLA made sure we was good and packed up..... like who needs a man when my girl HANDLE BUSINESS AND IT WAS BIG TOO. THANKS FRIEND.

I love Lowe’s it’s one of my favorite places to shop. From appliances to plants to holiday decorations I can always find stuff that I want at Lowe’s. This particular trip I was buying seeds for my hydroponic garden and found everything I was looking for. Plus look at these cool ghouls for Halloween!

Today I shopped at lowes of Meridian. Outstanding customer service. I actually couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. All the other Lowes GMs should be trained by whoever is the Meridian GM.

Employees are very rude and act as if you created some great sin if you ask them a question. We will not be spending any and I do mean any of our hard earned money there

I had my son and husband go down to the store to buy a new washer. The salesrep was very helpful. They kept me up to date on delivery times. The 2 men that delivered it and installed it were professional and knowledgeable. It was a 5 star experience.

I needed a little more paint to finish up q project, and the young man in the paint section had me in and out in a few minutes.

We just recently moved back to Meridian, MS from Tampa, FL. We purchased a home that needed some freshening up. This location has most things we need. If they don't have an item that we are looking for it can be ordered and received in a few days. We just order new kitchen appliances that should be delivered in a few days. All of the sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a John Deere riding mower for Christmas that he loves it. We can't wait until the weather gets warmer to start working on our landscape and updating the kitchen.

This is a nice hardware store and has a lot of different things. The customer service has always been friendly towards us and it's a pretty clean and organized place too. If you know what you're looking for, it will be easy to find.

Good assistance for the evening customer service guy. Needed paint return. No one in the paint department and he took out the time to do it himself. Always need assistance with cement bags and the guys in the evening always assist with a great attitude....much appreciated 👍🏽

I do not recommend the meridian Ms. Store for your flooring, because we have had our flooring picked out and the instillation guy came rightvon out and measured for it . the problem was getting the guy that works in flooring dept. To answer your phone calls . when he finally did and we made an appt. To go and discuss our price and financing and sign paperwork , he was not there. Customer service sucked also. We told them what happened and the lady said well he should have never made that appt because he knew he was not going to be there it was his off day!!! She took our phone number and said he would call us and that was 4 days ago . no phone call yet. Undoubtedly they do not need the business . we have called their customer service and ask to talk with the manager but they will not let you!

I ordered some windows and they were delivered to the store on a Friday. I wasn’t able to pick them up until the next Friday due to work. Victor and Yolonda at customer service quickly got the ball rolling to find my windows. Yolonda and the store manager Kevin Wood, quickly found my order and helped me load them. I am very satisfied with the customer service at this store.

Shopping at Lowe's was a snap. I was in need of a major appliance and the process was quite easy. I chose the appliance that I wanted, my contact information was taken and all I had to do was give my phone number once I was at the checkout register. My appliance total was given, swiped my card and out the door I went. Lowe's hits the nail right on the head 🔨.
