John and his team did outstanding work taking my idea and doing the technical work to create a framed gift of photos, a physical memento, and matting. This was done from across the ocean by email and with several delays in when it was required. They faced several challenges with getting the photos I provided printed at the proper size/proportions but persevered to create a pleasing product.
