My family and I went in to do an upgrade and get my daughter her first phone. I personally Was not looking forward to it because it is so time consuming. Breanna made this experience so incredibly smooth for us. Extremely personable, and informative. She voluntarily provided security information about our phones that we were absolutely not aware of. Even our toddler had no issues waiting during the transaction. Which did not take as long as we expected because of her proficiency and professionalism.

Jessica is amazing she helped me buy a new phone with everything I need and also helped me recover my Gmail account to bring back my pictures and contacts! Very sweet girl !

I have had nothing but the best experience at this location with tileya. She's the sweetest person and literally the nicest I've met by far coming into the boost on Owen drive. As long as she's in the store when I come, I know all my issues will be fixed.

Came here because my father had an issue with his phone while on vacation. The general manager was quick to attend to our issue and helped us get a quick resolve as the blind mode was accidentally activated. Thank you so much for your help in our time of need.

The young lady in this store really made my switch from metro an awesome experience I was having so much trouble getting my account number and transfer pin from metro but she stepped right in and helped me definitely will recommend this location. I think her name was Taliya

Great atmosphere. Amazing customer service. Lol, but I went to pay just my bill and wound up with a new cell phone. Was very happy with the product and promotions that where going on.
