Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

It was very enjoyable to shop at Bob's Discount furniture. The showroom immediately indicated that it was a well run establishment with a quality selection.
While the Sales associate (Bob) was attentive and friendly, he was not pushy.
The sales experience itself was easy and I was able to be approved for financing quickly.

If you want to make a purchase in-person for something in your price range and not feel uncomfortable, this is a solid option.

I had some trouble finding a store that had the chair we wanted at any local Bob's stores. So I called Bob's Furniture Store Sales Help line. Paul picked up. I was very impressed with his knowledge, experience, courtesy, ability and desire to locate the chair we wanted. He took the time to understand my problem, and then took the time to search all the local stores and regional warehouses. He offered a few superb options, and even sent me texts to keep me informed of his progress. That's pretty impressive in my opinion. Thanks Paul!!

I worked with Dylan and he was the best. He went above and beyond for my family and I and I would recommend anyone to go to the Hagerstown location. From the Manager to the other staff everyone was helpful and friendly. Great experience and great furniture.

I absolutely love the Hagerstown location, largely thanks to Ron! He's incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ron assisted my wife and me in purchasing a mattress a few months ago, and we were so impressed that we returned to him when it was time to buy furniture for our living room. I spoke with a rep by the name of Karen and she was the epitome of professionalism! She listened to my wants and executed it in a timely fashion. She did not try to oversell me! More reps like Karen are needed! Order placed!

The representative was very knowledgeable. Answered my questions. She even revealed some information. I wished I was privy to when I made my first purchase months ago. I was not aware I was able to return a mattress which was only use one time in my extra bedroom. The mattress is hard as a rock. And of course I missed the deadline date for a credit.
five stars is for this particular representative. I will give one star to the one that did not reveal to me about the exchange policy.

This was my first time buying from Bobs furniture. It was a good experience. The salesman (Daryl) was very polite and courteous. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and the prices were really good. Will definitely be going back!

Mariann was very nice! She was kind and patient. We also had a nice conversation as we were ordering my tv stand. She was one of the nicest customer service representatives that I have ever spoken with! Thank you!!

Everyone was super nice and friendly. Melissa helped me throughout my experience and she gave me questions and advice. She really gave me some great questions to think about before decided on my pieces. They had coffee and snacks which is super sweet. Overall great experience and if I ever need more furniture I’m sure to be back:)

I was in need of a bedroom set on short notice and was trying to order online but was having difficulty trying to coordinate all the pieces being delivered at once. We went to every furniture store and actually returned to Bobs Furniture. Between the customer service, quality and prices you can’t beat. Even the atmosphere was just calming and welcoming. Q was amazing with us and very helpful with making our decision. What’s nice is you don’t feel like you’re being stalked or pressured into making a decision like most stores. This will definitely be our go to in future purchases!!!

I called on Saturday-November 4 an1d spoke to a person named Louis Cotsis. He spent a great deal of time with me because I wasn't really sure of what I wanted . He had the patience of a Saint. Never rushed me.I did buy what he suggested. He was a great help. He is really awesome and a great asset to Bob's. If I need anything in the future, I certainly call Bob's and give my order to him. Great job!

Staff is very professional & knowledgeable of the furniture they have. They are very courteous & helpful, will shop there first in the future. Haven’t had the furniture delivered yet but they will set up & take the trash with them when finished. Awesome furniture store!!

Excellent customer service! I knew exactly what I wanted. I showed Tony a picture of the couch. He took me right to it. It was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. I bought the couch, set up delivery for one week, and was out of there in less than a half an hour.

Marianne was incredibly helpful at setting up my order and getting the deliveries taken care of. So far Bob's has been awesome and that's largely thanks to Marianne!
