The staff is SO friendly! They were patient with me while I called my insurance company to get the new ID number, and they were all so sweet!

I've been with this pharmacy since they've opened and I've never had a bad experience! The staff are warm and welcoming. It's obvious that they truly care about their customers and their community.

I need the option to give them more than 5 stars! Compared to other pharmacies, there is no competition. Their priority is giving the best care to their patients. Thank you Smithsburg Pharmacy team for your excellent service to the community!

I've been using this pharmacy since they opened. Matt and everyone knows me by first name. The owner only comes down every couple months, and remembers all of our conversations. This small town charm is disappearing more and more all the time. I will.keep giving them all my pharmacy needs.great people.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! I had my Rx filled today (less than 5 mins) The pharmacist was very helpful and friendly. Born and raised in Smithsburg I have always used Home care pharmacy due to the small town atmosphere and service. Since they have closed I have needed to drive out to town to get my Rx filled. I was so pleased to hear that Smithsburg Pharmacy was opening up and couldn't wait to try them out! They are bringing back that small town customer service to our wonderful little town ❤ Please if you haven't checked them out stop in you will not regret it!!!

Smithsburg Pharmacy filled my husband's prescription, which other local pharmacies never have in stock even though we were using only them to refill the medicine. We also had new insurance and Smithsburg Pharmacy took care of all of the pre-authorization mess for us! (That has NEVER happened before). Plus, the customer service was excellent! It's great to have this new business in our area!! We've been using Smithsburg Pharmacy since August and they DO NOT disappoint! Best customer service I have ever had at a pharmacy!! Come out and support them so we can keep great small businesses like this in Smithsburg!!

I had my first experience at Smithsburg Pharmacy today and was so blown away by the excellent customer service from the owner and the staff. We just moved to Smithsburg and I have been trying to get my RXs filled for the past three days, because our old pharmacy is too far away now. I went to both Rite aid and CVS which said that my RXs were either "out of stock" or on "backorder". Smithsburg pharmacy had my insurance information entered quick and my meds 5 minutes later! I've always dreaded going to the pharmacy ,because of having to constantly speak to 4 different people, or being told to come back the next day, or having to explain my situation over and over, it was never a good experience. Here they were so efficient and even gave us a welcome mug with some little goodies inside! I'm so glad I came across this small business pharmacy near our new home, and will definitely be making this our new family pharmacy, they made my day with their customer service and I had to immediately come home and write a review!

I loved my experience with this pharmacy a few weeks ago. (Well as much as you can love an experience involving sick children.) After a VERY frustrating Dr's visit, the professionalism and quick turn around at Smithsburg Pharmacy was a welcome change. When my Dr's office faxed the prescription over and it was waiting for me when I got to the pharmacy i was so happy. At the large chain pharmacies we used in the past, even after a half hour drive from the Dr's office the Rx hasn't been ready and when given a time frame for pickup I could ALWAYS expect it to be more than double the estimated time.

I appreciated that S.P. took the time to talk to me on a previous visit and added my families insurance information to the compyter then. Ehen i wasnt in a ruah or overwhelmed by a sick child, knowing it would be one less thing to worry about later when there was an illness or injury. (A+ planning on their end!!)

TLDR: They were proffessional, quick, and personable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. And we will be using them for all of our pharmacy needs in the future.
