Great place to shop when they have discounts.

Very clean, and organized store. The staff is available to help in any way. Always has what I’m looking for too! Cologne, clothes, etc. I also got an un matched deal on new luggage here! I never leave Dillard’s of Meridian disappointed!

They always seem to have great sales! One of the best stores in the mall unfortunately it iant in a better location. But you wouldn't know it by the clothing items in there. Hope thus stirs stays.

Great customer service, the light complected, African-American lady with curly hair, in the Children's Section was AMAZING! She assisted us with all our needs. We spent more than anticipated because she took the time to suggestively sell.

Nice store in Bonita Lakes mall. Nice place to walk around and shop while Tesla was charging at the super charger.

The past few years haven’t been good to retailers and we’ve seen household names disappear one after the other. When you step into Dillard’s in the Bonita Mall in Meridian, MS, however, it’s like you step back in time to the glory days of retailing. Plentiful quality merchandise and adequate helpful staff in a pleasant environment and competitive prices. I think superb management must be at play here!

Great customer service. The merchandise is of great quality. The sales are AWESOME. I can always find someone to assist me when I can't find what I need...or if I need to special order. If something's not right, they make it right. Love 'em!!!!!

Great service. The sales woman name Carmen at jewelry was very helpful and nice. She helped me pick a nice pair of Ray-ban sunglasses for my husband. And, everyone greets you in there.

My husband and I went in to purchase some new smelling cologne. The atmosphere was inviting and the young man, Tyrone who helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We made our purchase and was indeed satisfied.

I was desperately searching for the Lenox 2020 1st Year Baby Ornament for my granddaughter and also the 2020 Home Doorway Ornament. I was beginning to think I waited too long to buy this year but luck was on my side. I saw on the website last night that a few were in fact in stock and I made a point to be at the store early to acquire those particular ornaments 😁. I was so grateful, I also purchased a Mickey Mouse 2020 for my grandson's 2nd Christmas! Thanks Dillards! And thanks to the wonderful Manager who helped me that Tuesday morning. I wish I had caught your name. You are True Management Material!

We had a great experience in The Meridian store on 10/1/18. We were greeted by Shirley. My wife was was having dizzy spells. Shirley moves some clothes to the side on a small wood display for my wife to sit. She provided some water and mints that really helped. After a visit around the store, she assisted my wife again when we returned to her department and checked out. Thanks Shirley!!!!!

We really enjoyed our time with our sales lady at the Estee Lauder counter. She was awesome!!!

I love how the store associates always ask u if u need anything and their attitudes are excellent.
