I've been going here for 4 years now. I pick up meds every month and they always do and amazing job.

Always have had very good service at this pharmacy.

I use this pharmacy every month. The staff is so helpful, very knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to help their customers. My prescriptions are always filled on time. The automatic, monthly refill system is great, I never have to call in my prescriptions, and they always call me, when they are ready. Keep up the great work!

The people at the pharmacy have always worked hard to fullfill all my needs where my prescription's are concerned. They've always went above and beyond. I've been going here for over 10 years. In my opnion these are some great people that work in the pharmacy.

Again today, via phone and a visit I was waited on by Shelly, there is no better employee I have ever met. Martin's should be so proud to have her. If there is a special parking place for special employees, she should have the spot for life.

I've been going to martins for years, they have everything you need, the deli is very clean they have everything u could want from boars head and they will go above n beyond to help you. The general store is clean, the staff will check on you if they see you need help n they won't ignore your needs like Weis. Absolutely love this place

The staff are always very courteous and efficient! Prescriptions are often ready earlier than promised. Prices with my prescription plan are extremely reasonable!

I've had mixed experiences with the customer support staff. The pharmacists are wonderful. Today I called because my doctor wanted their fax number and Angela wouldn't give it to me. Not at all an issue with Walgreens so I'll move my prescriptions there. My doctor is a one woman operation so she didn't have time to call.

The pharmacy manager John has retired this place is now terrible . I could tolerate it before as you could ask to speak to John . Some of the technicians are nice but majority do not care at all about their jobs . The worst part is Martins does not even care and has no control over their pharmacy

I've had a similar experience to the last person reviewing at this pharmacy regarding customer service. My complaint is not with the Pharmacists. They always seem professional and hardworking. My complaint is strictly based upon the unprofessional and rude behavior of the Pharmacy techs.

My prescription was due to be filled at the end of April. I received a text prompt. After replying to the text prompts,. I received a message stating that my prescription will be ready for pickup in a week.

When I came to get my prescriptions, the Pharmacy tech who assisted me had an unpleasant demeanor. In a annoyed tone stated" well we don't have anything for you, what are you looking for?" Well..I can't imagine I was looking for Aluminum foil. In short, I could barely hear what she was saying as she was fixated on the computer screen and wasnt facing me when speaking. But the gist of what she was explaining was that I needed to follow up with my doctor as the prescription had 0 refills left. ( I understand that completely)

In short, after 5 years of having my prescriptions filled here, I will be going elsewhere from now on. I understand that the pandemic has affected everything. I know many retail workers are working hard to keep shelves stocked. But I was never unreasonable with this Pharmacy tech. I am always courteous as I also worked in a grocery store setting during the pandemic and understand how impatient the general public can be.

To boot, the technician was rude to my mother, who I asked to pick up my prescription later for me as she was in the area. I never received any notification my prescription was ready.
