As a nurse Jeanne has medical expertise, but through her research and her own personal journey has acquired so much more in the way of knowledge and wisdom about health and wellness via diet and activity. Clients are a close knit group and treated like family. In addition to individual and group appointments, the office also carries various healthy and delicious foods made from her own recipes.

Rhodes Preventive Health has been and continues to be on the cutting edge of health and wellness practice. Understanding how our daily decisions about activity, nutrition and stress impact health is her goal. I have been in several weight loss programs. Jeanne Rhodes is by far the most knowledgeable person about diet, weight loss and good health in this area. Jeanne truly cares about her clients and does her best for them. Any new client will leave the program healthier and much more knowledgeable about how your body works.

I began my journey with Rhodes Preventive Health two years ago to improve my health. I am now down to 1/2 of a blood pressure pill every other day, take nothing for fluid retention, am no longer pre-diabetic, and have outstanding blood work. The dangerously low potassium is no longer an issue, edema in my left leg is gone, and the dry cough has dissipated. I have also lost 40 pounds. I consider myself a work in progress on this journey to better health.
