I went in and was assigned a number. The wait was about 30 minutes. When called to a station and stated what I needed. She took my picture and money. As quick as that I had renewed my license.
Nice, smooth, and easy.

The efficiency & service was amazingly fast. I loved being able to set up an appointment online. I was out of there in 10 minutes.

What I didn't like was the overpowering smell of weed...on a Monday morning. Maybe they need to burn insense. The ladies bathroom did not smell...just saying.

Updated: No smell & still incredibly efficient! Very painless!

It's best to make an appointment. Also, call a head and ask about the documents needed for the reason you are visiting.I was in and out in 20 minutes, if not less. You're serviced by professionals. I am always proud and happy with my experiences at MS Department of Public Safety (DPS).

So nobody ever wants to need to go to the DMV, but this one was able to help my mother replace her license in about ten minutes. Very kind and professional service from the staff.

I can't believe I'm saying this about the DMV but I am really pleased with my visit. First of all the lady at ride front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and so sweet both times I was there. She's was the best! And her co-worker was just as helpful and delightful... Even they this tough time we are having. They kept apologizing saying they were short-handed but really there was no need.

We had our first great experience at a DMV! Judy Pearson made our visit to renew our license such a positive experience! She greeted everyone who walked in the door and explained everything to us. Thank you so much Ms. Pearson for being so kind and helpful!!

Sweet and helpful employees. Got in and out very fast as they were right on time for the appointment I set up.

Efficient and friendly group of people. Appointment was at 10:45 AM, was out the door at 11:02 AM.

Had a great experience with this office. They were right on time with my appointment to get my daughters learners permit and the girl that helped us was very friendly. Wish I could remember her name.

They were very friendly and told us where to go they had no problems with anybody,except one who knew someone thought he could just walk in there and get in front of everyone . I think that made a few people mad,but they took dare of him made him wait outside

Meridian's DMV office was the only DMV office in my area that I could get on the phone to answer a few questions I had. When we went, they were very nice and we were in and out pretty quickly.

After we found the building, everything moved at an exceptional pace. Everyone was very helpful and extremely courteous..

The person at desk in front when you 1st walk in (immediatey to the left.) AWESOME. Person that wait on my mother was OUTSTANDING. 1ST ON THE RIGHT COUNTING FRM THE LEFT OF 1ST DESK. REDDISH BLACK HAIR. DIDN'T GIT HER NAME. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH OF THE WOMEN. KEEP DOING WAT THEY DO.

Everyone Was So Nice & Courtesy Even Though They Were Busy. Eddie Hunt Was An Asset Today.

Very helpful just wish they would have told me about all my fines in other states at the same time instead of ha ing to go back 3 times. They did do all possible for me to get my license back.

U can make an appointment online now instead of having to wait a long to to get waited on. I had my appointment at 8 and was outta there within an hour.

Was applying for my firearms permit the people there were nice and helpful really like Ashley she's gorgeous
