The pharmacy in Walmart Haggerstown Md are so professional and helpful! They educated me on my husbands medicine and diabetic supplies I needed daily! They are so kind …I m very grateful ! Thank you

Hagerstown people are the ggod ones.

The staff do the best they can even when they're short staffed, they're better than many other pharmacies.

Easy access into/out of parking lot due to traffic lights; right at the front of the store; pleasant employees.

The past two months since I've been coming here the Register has been down. Pharmacy people are friendly and helpful. Thinking they just need updated.

I never had interaction with such a rude person who instead of understanding my issue, took my comments personally and hung up on me. The worst customer service I have ever had at a pharmacy.

Asked for a blood glucose monitor and received only test strips that I didn't order. Called to see if I could return and was told no. Obviously I got upset and was hung up on. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I am going to transfer my prescription to other pharmacy. I'm constantly being hung up on the phone by a lady answering the calls.
