Holiday Inn Express & Suites Meridian, an IHG Hotel

Let me start by saying this place knows hospitality. The staff here works tirelessly to make everyone who is staying here are happy and comfortable. The lady (blonde with tattoo sleeves) who checked me in was so sweet and very helpful when I needed something that my foodndelivery driver didn't bring. I had a rare situation where a family member used their points for me to get home safely. They were accommodating and are a true representation of the IHG brand and what it stands for. The rooms here are very clean, the beds are comfy, the water was very hot and never got cold. The breakfast was a great selection with gluten allergy friendly options for those with celiac.

Perfect stay. Perfect staff❤ 11/10

the only problem was we couldn't figure out how 2 turn on the shower. A little 2 modern 4 us.

Kelvin (KJ) and Brandi was amazing he was a great host and he made sure I enjoyed my stay!

One of the only hotels left that serves a nice big breakfast. I'm talking omelets, biscuits, and Sausage gravy, Bacon , pancage bacon sausage everything.
That's why I stay only at Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were perfect. Spacious and clean and comfortable. We only needed to stay somewhere one night but we were traveling with kids and had bad experiences already on our trip. This hotel made up for it. The pool and the hot tub were great and the area was well maintained. The breakfast had a nice variety and the attendant kept it well-maintained.

Shay was so amazing helping my grandmother and I. The kindness and willingness to assist in our unusual situation was greatly appreciated. Shay listened to the situation (my non-sense babbling because I was stressed) and my concerns and handled them quickly. She did an amazing job helping us in every way and making us feel heard! Great costumer service!!!

Toya and Lawanda keep this place running like a well oiled machine and their service was fantastic! This hidden gem is an older hotel with a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. With so many newer hotels in meridian I’d almost forgotten about this place but I was definitely pleased with all accommodations.

This had to be the nicest room I've stayed in, in quite some time. Very clean and not musty. Stayed on the 3rd Floor. Close to many fine restaurant's. The front desk clerk was pleasant as I checked out and wanted to pay cash on the morning iof 11/2/22 @7:45 am... So this way the owner of the hotel can give her a nice
affirmation.

This was a great stay. The room was nice and it was clean. Austin, the desk clerk acclimated us with a room that we needed. He was very helpful. Breakfast was good and the worker there was friendly.

After staying at the very worst IHG hotel ever, we passed through here on our way home and booked a night at a very reasonable rate. Cheapest during our 10 nights away from home. We were upgraded to a king suite that we did not even request. Everything was clean and in good repair. Emily, the front desk clerk, was super friendly and went the extra mile to leave a personalized note on our key room envelope telling us the amount of points we have and wishing us a Happy Memorial Day. Emily may be young but is a huge asset to your company. This was a much better experience and renewed our faith in the brand. Thank you, Emily. Your kindness was needed at that moment more then you can ever imagine. Let no one dim your light!

Very clean hotel inside and out!!!! Comfy Beds & pillows. I was very surprised to see the bathrooms were equipped with Dove Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash dispensers!!!!!! Breakfast is AWESOME!!! THE STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY and the Pool/Hot Tub area is super clean and very well kept!!!!

Employees were friendly and very helpful. Room was comfortable once we got our a/c temp to our liking.

Very friendly staff, upgraded my room at no extra charge due to the length of my stay, nice and spacious rooms, overall had a great stay. The entire building looked as though it was recently renovated. Had a small issue that came up with my room a couple days in, but the manager on duty immediately offered another room. I declined, and opted to just have the issue dealt with, which they did so very quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying locally for extended business in town or anyone wanting a nice hotel for a multiple night stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable with pillows having different firmness for a great night's sleep. My husband has a spinal injury and these beds were great for him. TV in room had a very clear reception and seems like better channels than a lot of other hotels. Free breakfast had lots of options including vegetarian. Checkout is at noon, so no need to rush in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was pleasantly surprising...grits smooth. Lots of drink options and not too heavy... Cheese omelet ... Nuts and brown sugar ...not overwhelming in options but enough to fullfill early morning needs and feel like you've cheated the day already ... Makes me want to extend my stay next time and explore the pool area ...no pun intended

We stayed overnight while travelling. My wife became I'll during the night. She was not able to travel by check out time. They were very helpful and accommodating to my situation and were offered a late afternoon check out and lower rate for another night if need. "Caprice" was extremely helpful. I can't thank her enough.

Hotel was great, the indoor pool and hot tub were both really nice on a cold day. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. They had a good selection of hot and continental options. They also have a machine that makes pancakes on demand. Keurig coffee machines in the room were nice as well. Highly recommend

It was very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool that open late the bed were very comfortable. And breakfast had many choices and was very good. Only thing I didnt like was you can hear everything going on out side your room. I will stay again next trip I take!!
