The Oaks has been wonderful in their care for my brother, Ron! Dalton, the marketer, has been very helpful in finding placement and making sure that Ron’s needs have been met. They have a wonderful, loving, caring, and very attentive staff! I would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the care my brother is receiving at The Oaks. He has been a long term resident for years. The facility is always clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The staff is very supportive, focused on meeting needs of their residents. I highly recommend this facility.

I have been working here for about 6 months now as Director of Admissions and so far I have really enjoyed it! I see that the workers and management really strive to do their best with every patient that enters! I’m happy to be apart of this new team at The Oaks!

Had a loved one stay at this facility. Starting with the admissions team down to the cna’s, dietary and housekeeping it was a great experience for our entire family and each time we visited he was happy and staff was very friendly. The therapy department worked very hard with him and he was able to discharge home . Would recommend this facility to others.

The oaks is a great place! Very friendly staff, clean environment, people working around the clock, it’s just a fun and loving atmosphere to be in! Will recommend to anyone

quality from an excellent D.O.N., (Director of Nursing). Some facilities have them, are
trying to get them and some haven't got a

The Oaks isn't a good place it took 3 hrs to change my mama , it made her bottom scalded. It's hard to get them to come check on you ,there was only one nice nurse (Lucy) that cared great for her and checked on her always and would do the cna's work . So Hey Oaks y'all don't need to be open yall are not caring and helping people . My mama will never ever go there again . The day she went to Dr. I told them she didn't sound right and wasn't acting right . When we got to doctors office two nurses couldn't do her blood pressure cause it was slow 66/36.. they took her to ER and now she's in ICU . Mama said they took her blood pressure at the oaks and it was low there but did nothing .That's sad . They need to hire a new people that really love there job and do it right . People that actually care about other people The therapy folks that work in there r really great they actually care and work with people good !

I wish there was a way I could give 0 stars. My mom stayed here less than a year and she died due to neglect from this nursing home. I have requested the nursing home chart in person and filled out the necessary documentation to receive them. I was told it has to go through an approval process since they didn’t have the records at the facility. However I never heard back from anyone. When my mom passed she had lost over 100 pounds from the time that she was admitted. She was not eating and they didn’t even give her a feeding tube to make sure she was getting the necessary nutrients. I spoke with the director at the time and still nothing in regards to the medical records. I will be seeking legal action. Please don’t send your loved ones here.

Don’t trust your Love one’s in their care, from the Head to the cna’s. The CNA’s don’t stay because they see the treatment in don’t have the heart to stay, my brother is currently still in the facility I have to say because it not a nursing home the pt is on their own. He has been over medicated twice was hospitalized. I’ve tried to get him moved several time, but they have blocked him due to the report sent to others Nursing Home. They also allow them to stay soiled all day this place is not justified for a dog. Just trying to save the next person who is considering placing their love one’s in this facility.

Maybe you guys are short staffed so I will take that in consideration. But the facility phone needs to be answered at all times; I called for 30min. No answer called back to ask about my brother and his nurse said everything is fine. So at this time my rating is not very good

It has been a stressful nightmare dealing with this facility. Too much confusion not enough straight answers. One person telling you one thing and someone else telling you something totally different. Also,forgetting to call you about important matters.They need to get their act together!! They act like they don't know what their doing or whats going on. And heaven forbid they find out your leaving because the quality of care goes even further down to almost non existent. When they found out my mom was leaving they stopped bathing her and getting her out of the bed. That makes me beyond mad and doesn't sit well with me at all.There is very few employees that care at this facility. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!! I can't stress that enough!!

My wife was there checked herself out after only 3 days. 3rd day came back from lunch. A black dude asleep in her bed on her pillow and covering. They removed the man quickly but never offered her any clean linens or pillowcases. Stuff constantly missing from her room . Only thing staff said we will look into it!
