U.S. Bank Branch

We've been with this bank forever, they are kind, helpful and attentive at all branches. The Bowling Green, MO branch has always been exceptionally welcoming. We always leave there with a smile.

Bowling Green, Mo branch has the worst customer service of any bank I have ever visited. They have not opened the lobby since Covid and only open one lane for drive thru customers. I was 4th in line and took me an hour to make a simple deposit.
The person in front of me also made a simple deposit. The teller explained only two people are running the bank.
Saving payroll may work for that branch now but will it work when they no longer have customers who value their time.

Received a response from US Bank. Their solution was that I use digital banking. Rather difficult to make cash deposits on the phone. My solution would be hire more people and open another drive thru window.

The lobby is always closed. I needed to deposit money into my account today and the lady working there was new. She wanted me to use the ATM instead of her depositing it instead. I did get her to deposit the money, but she deposited $20 more than what I asked! She also mentioned that it was more difficult for her to deposit money herself & kept mentioning to just use the ATM. I am repeatedly dissatisfied with this bank & am considering switching to an internet bank account.

This location has horrible customer service. And is beyond slow for basic transactions. They have two drive up lanes and without having the lobby open, they still refuse to open both. They have blamed it on limited staffing and safety precautions but other locations are operating very efficiently with little to no wait!
Any complaint is met with their recommendation to “use digital banking”. We have some personal and business accounts, and many things we need to do can’t be done digitally.
They always apologize for the wait and frustration. However apologies don’t get a resolution to the problem.

This bank is the slowest us bank i have ever seen. I shouldn't spend my whole lunch break trying to get my cash out of my account. It's too much for the atm. Why after a yr are we still closing lobbies

Absolutely the worst bank I've ever seen. Been with usbank for almost 30 years, 15 with this branch and it keeps getting worse. Honestly shakes my trust in usbank. If it where possible to give it zero stars I would, I keep holding put someone higher up in the company will come in and fix this mess.

This is the worst usbank I have ever dealt with! They are slow, rude, and have a tendency to mess up deposits or simple things like cashing a check. They haven't changed staff after all the bad reviews and people reporting "mishaps" involving their money. Do not go here.

You can't go into the lobby. Theres is only one drive up window and the last two times I used the drive up I sat there for over 20 minutes both time. I'll to another bank .
