So funny story… my roommate got promoted and I wanted to Gift her silk flowers for her office. I purchased the silk flowers and next morning I assembled them into a vase. By the time I was done it looked like somebody threw up flowers in the little poor vase. Long story short I went to the flower shop and they were nice enough to assembled it right away for me….My roommate thought I did the arrangements.😉

Always great quality flowers and they smell wonderful, like flowers should!! The bouquets I've gotten here have lasted a week and more and still look great. I can't speak to delivery process because I've always gone and picked them up. Keep up the good work.

My elderly mother called from Florida to have get well flowers sent to a friend here in Maryland. She just gave them an idea about what colors and flowers and a price she was comfortable with. The arrangement was delivered the next day and was just beautiful. She called to let the florist know how pleased she was but I wanted to write the review for her!! Thank you!!

My wife and I walked just before closing to order flowers for our twin daughter. We were greeted by smiling faces. They put together two beautiful pieces with fresh flowers and birthday balloons. Highly recommend.

Sadie worked with me to understand the look I wanted for my wedding. The pricing was extremely reasonable. The set-up was accomplished in a timely manner and looked just the way I had hoped. The flower arrangements on the pedestals looked absolutely amazing and my bridal bouquet was gorgeous! Would definitely recommend Odenton Florist for your floral needs.

Went to pick out a corsage two weeks before the prom date. The staff was friendly and helpful even with being short staffed that day and extremely busy. Picked the corsage up the day of prom and it was beautiful. Will use in the future. Highly recommend.

I was a bit skeptical once I walked in because no one really didnt care to pay me any mind but the excellent respect and customer service changed my perception instantly! The young blonde woman took care of my order. I loved that they had the exact flowers I was searching for. They wrapped the bouquet nicely and I was in and out in a jiffy. I would totally go back for sure. They even honor military service members with a discount. For me it's the thought that counts. #ProudtoServe

What a great experience!!! I always like to support small business so I pick florists in the area I am sending to. Sadie was amazing! I picked out an arrangement online and she called me to confer with me about making changes with the flowers available in house and then sent a picture to me before delivering them. My go-to florist! Always have what I need, or can quickly put it together, to make a day special. I’ve been here several times, like to get a dozen roses after my wife gave birth. Personable & skilled.

We received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Sadie the first day we came into the store. She was extremely warm, personable and listened to our needs. She worked with us to ensure we got everything we needed - even the little details we hadn't initially thought of were discussed. The customer service was great. Unfortunately I was sleeping when their driver attempted to make the flower delivery, but he made multiple attempts to get in contact with me and he left a polite, detailed message on how I could get my flowers. I called their company the following day and within an hour my flowers were delivered. Their delivery driver had a positive energy and my flowers smell great and are absolutely beautiful.

The people at Odenton florist are wonderful. I had to plan for funeral flowers in Florida. They worked and worked until we found the right pieces and the right local florist in Florida. They know their stuff and are truly compassionate and helpful. Also, having seen their work in person, I know their quality is second to none. Thank you to them all.

Went here in an emergency due to another flower order being canceled last minute and needing flowers for the next morning. They simply had me come back in two hours and said they would take care of me. AMAZING!!!! is what I returned to. I was so pleased. Excellent arrangement and wonderful customer service. They saved the day. We will be using them for all our flower needs. Loved the arrangement

Sadie is wonderful to work with. She took time to understand our vision for wedding florals and executed something marvelous. Everything looked beautiful and even better than I imagined.

Looks like this place has received some pretty bad reviews in the past. But my experience, over the past year or so, has been very positive. I live in another state and was at first anxious that ordering online would be risky, as far as quality and service is concerned. The friend I have been sending the flowers to has assured me that every delivery has been first rate and excellent service. She's even sent me photos of the arrangements and they fully met my high expectations.

I recently had to change an event [silly pandemic] and Sadie couldn't have been more helpful. Their concerns rested in what she could do for us rather than how it affected the order. I'm glad to see a business that recognizes the value in long term relationships rather than the immediate exchange of money and onto the next transaction. Please give this local, woman owned establishment an opportunity to earn your business... they certainly have earned mine.
