Extremely high quality food and quick service. My family got a 12 piece brownie and it was ready for us in less than a minute! Awesome staff that are very nice and has the atmosphere of a more vintage bakery. Would recommend! Though food is expensive it is a small business and they don't cut corners leading to it being a bit more pricey. Would definitely recommend! PS: Definitely try the brownies

As a child, my grandmother used to always bring something back from Sanders as a treat. It was delicious then and is still delicious now. Especially love there peanutbutter rolls. Tried a slice of there red velvet cake and it reminded me of the red velvet my mother always baked for me for my birthday. The prices maybe a little bit higher than the grocery store but the quality and taste is so much better. I definitely would recommend supporting a local small owner store such as this delicious bakery. Plus the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just two blocks away from where I grew up, on Pennsylvania Avenue. I live in Baltimore and drive out for their caramel buns, brownies with peanut butter icing, and cheese danish, and gingerbread men. THE BEST EVER!!! NOTHING ANYWHERE IN BALTIMORE even comes close. Everything is ALWAYS FRESH BAKED and DELICIOUS!! And EVERYONE is so friendly and helpful!!

Went in on Thursday with a vague idea of a waffle cake for our daughter's second birthday and this is what we picked up on Saturday. Not to mention it was DELICIOUS. Prices right and fed about 25 people (this was a 10 in double stacked cake)

Dixie did an awesome job on my son's 19th birthday cake...☯ design is what he wanted, and that is what she delivered! Flavor was chocolate cake with peanut butter icing, his fav and it was delicious! All our family and friends were amazed with the design quality and taste of the cake, and my son couldn't of been happier!

Thank you Sanders for making my son's birthday more memorable and special! We will be returning for more and definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful local bakery! We’ve been going here for years, with most recently ordering a baptism cake. They did a beautiful job, and are very affordable. Couldn’t be happier!

All I can say is WOW! Had always heard of Sander's and decided Saturday was the day. So glad we stopped! Delicious selection of desserts and pastries. The staff was very attentive and helpful, the shop was neat as a pin, just a wonderful little North Hagerstown gem.

The cake I got from them was SO GOOD. I took a chance on a red velvet cake and it was so moist and tasty! And the frosting was just the right sweetness and so fluffy. I 100% recommend this bakery. The price was perfect, too! I had a happy birthday thanks to this bakery! Will be back again soon!

Wonderful place. Everyone has been so nice when we go. Great selection and we have never had anything that tasted bad.

Oh, I love this place. Cookies, cakes, pies and all manner of bakery delights. We often stop for a cream puff or eclair. Their pastry cream is very good. They will make your special cake to your exact specifications. Prices are reasonable.. Discounts for seniors on Thursdays. Staff are very friendly.

I ordered a carrot cake from Sanders for a birthday party for my husband and 2 sister's in law Saturday. It was without a doubt the BEST carrot cake we've ever had from a store or bakery. Everyone absolutely raved over it! Thank you so much for making our birthday celebration a success!!

The cookie jar employees are always nice but today they went above and beyond. I have gotten a few birthday cakes there in the past but always kept my options open. After today I will likely get all cakes there from now on. Upon picking up my cake it had slightly fallen apart. The decorator quickly fixed it. I took it home very slowly but before leaving for the party I checked on it to find it a disaster. So I called the cookie jar to ask for help. They called their decorator back in and promised to fix it. Not only did she do an amazing job fixing it she then delivered it to the party on her way home. Sometimes it seems that people have forgotten about simple things that make great customer service and experience. But I can say those at the cookie jar still appreciate it and haven’t forgotten. So if you have tried them check them out. Not only do the great customer service and are always donating to the community but their bakery selection is extremely yummy.

During the Christmas season you can order cookies ahead and pick them up fresh just before Christmas. I got 4 dozen cut-outs and 2 dozen decorated tea cookies. Tasty and fresh.

Another amazing cake from Sanders' Cookie Jar Bakery !! It tasted amazing!! They took their time to explain cakes sizes and how many each feeds, gave me decorating suggestions (we settled on plain though), and gave great customer service!! I will go back again!!

These cakes are the REAL DEAL! JUST like grandma used to make from scratch, no fake store bought taste! We've been getting them for the past 5 years, and I'll be ordering one soon for my own birthday.
