I ordered a tall raspberry mouse and almond cake with the cream cheese frosting. it was the best tasting cake we have ever eaten! It was beautiful also!! Thank you saffron Bakery!

The fruit tart and baklava were delicious and a Hardy portion that I took half home. They are friendly and it's better than fast food. Actually, the price is sometimes less or comparable to fast food. However, this is so much better and tastier. I've had their sandwiches and salads and they are good also.

We stopped a Safron Bakery on our way to Buffalo from Northern Virginia. Google maps lead us a merry chase in finding them (it's a 2020 building and Maps has not caught up as of July 2021) but it was very much worth the adventure! One of the best lattes I've had and the croissant was spot on!

Tip for finding them - search for the Sheetz on Eastern next to the shopping center Safron is in.

We stopped by at lunch time. We got a Pesto Roast beef sandwich on an asiago bagel. It was a great sandwich. The roast beef was piled on an sliced thin so it was super tender. The tomatoes and lettuce, & provolone cheese and the pesto was very delicious. The asiago bagel was very good also. We also had the California Salad. The avocado was ripe the goat cheese was great, the tomatoes were fresh and ripe, there was roasted corn, the lettuce was a spring mix. The dressing was a balsamic vinaigrette that was very good. We also had baklava and a cannoli. All of the food and desserts were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We sat outside at one of there tables and one of the young men brought out our food. That was very nice and unexpected. The prices were very good. The food was all very good.
Thank you for a great lunch experience. We will be back.

Mango cheesecake is a winner! And my favorite is the almond tarts. (I always bring a large one for dinner parties/or Thanksgiving.). Dinner party. Lol.

Best wedding cake. So many compliments; buttercream was so natural and the cake was so moist. It was the main attraction for my wedding!

Great place to drink coffee, eat snacks or order breakfast. Great staff. Nice atmosphere and quiet. You can study or read.

LIKE WHOA, In a world of hellish prices and fake inflation this place maybe my new favorite. I think I almost cried publicly when I ate my crumble cake ,Could not recommend more!

So glad we went with safron for our wedding cake. Many of our guests called it the best cake they’ve ever had. The entire cake was gone about 15 minutes after it was cut! Service was amazing and pricing was fair. (cake pops in picture not made by safron)

Safron Bakery Cafe is WONDERFUL! They serve VERY DELICIOUS bakery foods and sandwiches! The Napolean, Cream Horn, Butter Cookies, Fruit Tart, Bacon egg and cheese on toasted croissant are DELICIOUS!!! SO YUMMY!!!Thank You!!! Also the staff was VERY patient and kind!

We are so lucky to have this gem in our town!! The food is always wonderful and the friendly, smiling service can't be beat. I visited for lunch today and to my surprise they had both of my favorites, butternut squash soup (Delicious) and spinach quiche. Thank you to everyone at Safron for making my day!!!!

Just got a birthday cake for my sons bday. He wanted the whipped cream icing. Ok I’ve had whipped cream icing before you know…it’s ok. Nothing to write home about. My husband was beyond disappointed with our sons choice. But Safrons….I don’t know what they do but it’s Ah-ma-zing!!! Everyone at our party was raving about it. Seriously. Everyone said “this is the best whipped cream icing I’ve ever had!” My husband even said yea I guess it was ok which is all he could say to without admitting he was wrong. Way to go! Thank you for helping us celebrate our little guy.

I picked up a Chicken Salad on a croissant today and it was so yummy! Best chicken salad I've ever had! Super good and I'm looking forward to my next lunch there.
UPDATE: I have since ordered a birthday cake (one vanilla cake with chocolate mousse and a sheet cake with strawberry mousse filling). Best cake I've ever had and I used make cakes (in my younger years). The cake was so light and fluffy yet moist and the mousse fillings were out of this world. I had ordered more cake than what I needed and every single piece of cake was gone! I will be getting all my cakes from Safron Bakery from now on! Also, the owner is so awesome! Helpful, kind and a world-class baker!

Super pleased and happy that I stopped here on the way home from work! Let me tell you something, if you’ve never had a lobster tail pastry before, please try one from here! I never thought I would be able to find them in Maryland let alone Hagerstown! They’re super fresh and everything tasted delicious! My husband also loved the lobster tail pastry! The gentleman at the counter who helped me (Henry?) was polite, friendly, and courteous! Very nice atmosphere as well! Highly recommend, and will be back to try some other items from the menu!

Really good Frittata and the pastries are really nice.

Finally found a bakery which is hard around here etc N definitely was pleased. My son’s Graduation cake not only was great looking but tasted great as well. Everyone was loving it. Thanks again!
