My experiences with the nurses and aids were good. Food was ok but could have been better. I was really pleased with my therapy. Overall I was super pleased with my time at Cornerstone Hospital of Bossier City.

When I entered Corner Stone I was unable to walk after being in another rehab for 4 months. First thing they got me to stand. John, Abbe and Filip got on it and the bars were my helpers, then came a walker and Abbe was my Queen she said you are going to walk out of here. John oversee all progress and Philip helped on me keeping my balance. Then I took off on the walker and the next venture was walking on my own. Before I new it. I was walking back to my room after therapy and my Dr. said you proved us you could do it. So I did and that was a crying day from my wife and daughter. My saviors and team. Of John, Abbe and Philip. They are first class and are so patient in rehab. I love them all dearly. D-J.K Bossier City

Best facility in all of Bossier City! I highly recommend this place! The people are really awesome and honest. In fact, I had misplaced a bag of valuables when I left. Every single thing was returned to me within a few hours after I noticed that the things were missing. Great, knowledgeable, compassionate nurses, caring and very competent techs, wonderful housekeepers, and good food!

My wife was admitted to this facility following a severe neurological injury related to diabetes. I have to admit, I was very concerned when we arrived as the facilities look like they could use a refresh or a coat of paint here and there. We just moved from Dallas and my wife was most recently in the care of UT-Southwestern, a gleaming, cutting-edge gem of a hospital at the top tier of Dallas area facilities.

After the first night of care, I quickly realized that this place was absolutely on top of everything from room attendants to doctors. As an example on one occasion the attendants that change beds noticed something of concern, and alerted nurses and basically all hands on deck were attending to my wife and they immediately had a blood draw and a quick turnaround lab test done to ascertain the issue.

Never really had to ask or plead for anyone to attend to an issue or administer care when it appeared she might need attention. The staff was either already on schedule with medications or procedures on nearly all occasions.

Staff always responded quickly to call button in a friendly manner.

On all levels, always friendly down-home staff. One thing my wife really loved was that the doctors and staff worked on a predictable schedule, I mean you never had to wait all day for a doctor, he visited at the same time every day.

The bottom line was that when my wife entered this facility she could barely speak and could not feed herself. When she left she was fully conversing and feeding herself, and her mobility went from wheelchair to walker to cane very quickly.

And, her parents loved the food at the cafeteria, and I agree!

I enjoyed meeting all the wonderful staff who took care of me. They treated me like family while I was sick and helped me get better so I could get back home. Thank You !

Went to visit my mother. This place is extremely clean. Staff are nice, polite and very helpful.
My mother is only there temporarily for antibiotics. They answer patient questions and concerns promptly. My mother is very satisfied with their service. She does have one major complaint....the food is horrible 😫. Today, Tuesday Nov 30th, is the first day she had toast that was not burnt. She was admitted 2 weeks ago.
They do need a new cook.
Thank goodness we are able to bring her some meals.

Excellent experience ! Outstanding care and concern. Call bell was answered in a timely manner. Busy place but that had no impact on quality of care. From the kitchen to building maintenance everyone had a mission and that was patient care. The pt. Always came first and attended to immediately. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. Procedures were always explained before treatment making sure everything was understood. Overall the entire stay was the best care anywhere. I think the size has so much to do with comfort. Larger facilities give you the feeling of being a number. Here I felt part of a family. I understand some of the employees have been there for over 30 years with the majority being 10-15-20 years. That says something. You don't see that anymore. They are doing something right to be able to keep people working for the same place that long. They actually let me bring my little dogs in to visit with Momma. Of course they have some rules ,but it's a proven fact that pets help with the healing process. I think that approach is wonderful and we will see it more in the future. Our overall experience very pleasureable. If it had to be done again. This is where we would want to be. Thank you all so much for your concern and caring.

Knowing people who work here and having had family here before... I can truly say this is a great place. They take great care of their patients... growing attached to a lot of them. It is so reassuring knowing that there is a place that will take care of your loved ones like they are one of their own.

K Smith:My husband was recently a patient at Cornerstone Hospital In Bossier City and he had nothing but praise for the care he received from the staff and even the food! He had a birthday while there and the staff came and sang to him.They made him feel very special. Jarrett and his PT staff did wonders for him. He is able to walk better and do things for himself that he was unable to do for a long time. Thank you Cornerstone!!!

Cornerstone has the best staff in Shreveport/ Bossier. I’m very grateful to have this site as our clinical rotation site. They were helpful in teaching us the essential steps to become a successful nurse. I absolutely LOVE it!!

Staff was caring.lots of great help, but shoutout to Sarah, Dedra, Larry, Abby, Hailey.Food was good.Thanks Dr. BALOGH & everyone that helped get me back home.

Cornerstone Specialty Hospital Bossier City is a great facility. I had the best clinical experience there. I really learned a lot and the staff is so great!!!!

All of the physical therapist are awesome! I had a great experience at Cornerstone.

Both of my grandmothers have been here. The care was excellent. Great and caring staff.

Staff was attentive to my needs. Food was good. Hot food served hot, and cold food served cold. Call light was answered in a timely manner.

The staff here are super sweet & very attentive to their patients. Best facility ever !
