The Home Depot

Just a quick visit to get construction Markers, switch, and wire connectors. The employees greeted us kindly coming in. We were able to locate the items needed very easily. "Home Depot" Every Husbands Candy store.

Worked for home depot for 8 years, so luckily I knew what I was needing. I was asked if I needed help which is nice.

A smaller store with a bigger heart. Everyone at this location is nice and helpful. They continuously help us with our outdoor needs.

Everyone is so nice and helpful here! We just bought a house and are trying to change it up a bit to fit us. We've been here so many times the past few weekends, and it's always a pleasant experience. Betsy in particular answered SO many of our questions (and some before we even knew we should be asking) and was super knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, an awesome store, and we'll be glad to come back again next weekend!

Small store and have always been helpful and polite. But after problems at the seneca store i have to take my business to lowes.

I visited this store for the first time yesterday. I was dreading all the walking just to find a magnet, however as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a very nice young man that ask if I needed any help. I told him I needed a magnet and he immediately took me straight to them. His knowledge was outstanding, not only that but he had a great sense of humor mixed with professionalism. I was even impressed when I went to the self checkout a sweet lady that worked there did everything for me. This is what I call true customer service at its best. Both of these employees went above and beyond my expectations of a large box store. I almost forgot to mention how neat, well stocked and clean the store was. From this point on instead of driving to another big box store in Cornelia I’m coming back to Home Depot in Toccoa.

This place has everything you need and the people are awesome. I really want to give a special recognition to a worker named Najee. He was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable about everything. Any question I asked he answered. He helped me determine what to purchase, what the best product would be, the best price range and he helped me carry things to my cart from the shelf. I will continue to shop at Home Depot for the great merchandise and for the respect that this young man exhibited. I wish I could find people like this in every store.

Not just a great place to shop, with knowledgeable staff. It's also a GREAT place to work. Has been a great learning experience already. Plenty of room for advancement in the company. By far the best job I've had 💯

Cant drive in lumber yard anymore. Due to theft
Do need to beef up the helpers in the lumber yard. They tend to go missing when trying to load plywood on them little carts. Other than that its a great place

Great nice people working for them had a great experience. Except one thing. When you return something if you pay for a card they put it back on a card and you have to wait 4 days to get your money. Back. They don't have to wait 5 days on there money.. This needs to be addressed.

I used to be a Lowes person...but after having Lowes employees not interested in helping me...or telling me "that's not my department " so many times...I stated going to Home Depot. Customer service is amazing. They literally go above and beyond to help. I had found some pool loungers online that said they had 12 in store. They weren't on the floor when I got there and I asked several people for help. Within 10 min, 3 employees and the manager were scavenging the entire store looking for them! Turns out they were in the back, covered up with other chairs, still in the plastic, never even moved from where they were unloaded off the truck. They didn't give up until they found them!!
This is just one good experience of many here.
Even bigger bonus??? Less busy than Lowes..and a few cents cheaper!!!;)

Great little home Depot. Since it is such a small market, the aisles are narrow. However, they are very well equipped and have almost everything the bigger stores also have. The greatest thing is the drive thru lumber/ garden yard. Makes it really easy to get the heavy stuff loaded. In and out minutes. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Great service! We visited this store because the closer Home Depots didn't have the zero turn mower we decided on. The associate at customer service (Wesley), remembered talking with us, and immediately asked someone to get the owner's manual, and then Kenny took us outside to give me a test drive and explain the different features on this mower, before helping us get it onto our trailer.
Couldn't be happier.

Toccoa is the best Home Depot. Had a problem with an order. We were honest about getting two items on a home delivery and we were told to keep it. It just shows being honest pays off😊

I love this place, Kevin, and Lee, My Guys! They are very knowledgeable and happy to help from beginning to end. I love the drive threw for lumber, but we need to speed up the checkout process.

We can walk by 10 employees and they will always ask how we are and if they could help us find anything. When you encounter great customer service, you actually have a pleasant visit and buy more stuff!! The staff are always willing to help. I love this Home Depot.

Its one of the smaller Home Depot stores due to the area but I live just outside town and it is a blessing to be able to get parts and supplies nearly anytime around here. The employees have always been very helpful to me and they will help you find what you need. The store is clean and comfortable. I have had to make returns and the staff were always nice about it. All in all I will give them a thumbs up. The only complaint I could have is maybe selection on some things but hey, it is a smaller store so thats understandable.

Very nice, knowledgable and personable workers. They know my son and I by name because every month for the last year or two we have been to their kids workshop which is just a fantastic thing that they do. Any time I'm there it's never difficult to find someone to answer my questions or guide me to someone who can. Reasonable prices too.
