Comfort Inn

The employees here are very excellent. They care about doing a great job. This is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel and the ladies that run the breakfast area are the bomb dot com. The lady that launders the towels and bedding does a perfect job, smells so good and clean. The room steward is Amazing as this is the cleanest room I have ever seen. She points the toilet paper, artistically displays the towels, the bathroom is extremely clean and functional with the mini toiletries provided. The bed is very comfortable and made nicely. The floor is very very clean. I can walk around barefoot and still have clean feet. The ladies at the front desk are awesome too. The room is freshly painted. The air conditioner is nice and cool. I definitely recommend!!!

Checked into this hotel yesterday and the front desk staff were soooo friendly. They saw we had 2 little boys and gave us a great room close to the pool. The pool was awesome. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was perfect. Slept like a baby. Breakfast was amazing . Waffles bacon eggs the works....will definitely stay here again.

My family stayed 1 night as we had been traveling all day. We got a last minute deal on their website in a double bed room. Beds were comfy, staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, limited options but better than a continental breakfast. Overall good value. Also they are finishing up renovations end of March 2024. Some I noticed were new tubs and fresh paint.

This is a very clean and well maintained hotel at a very reasonable price..!! Rooms are of decent size, quiet for a Saturday night and the complimentary breakfast is top notch (scrambled eggs and sausage patties were delicious)....One cannot find a better priced place to stay in Meridian.

This was a great place to stay Diane was the clerk on duty and she went above and BEYOND her duty to make us comfortable She was such a joy to visit with. She was so full of advice and suggestions for things we might could go do while in this area. She deserves a RAISE !! Lol. Hotel was clean, affordable, and accommodating 😚 5 stars and plenty of eateries walking distance

Other than an older bathroom toilet seat, everything was excellent. I reserved a mini suite. I find suites are more quiet then regular rooms. I haven't tried the breakfast yet. The staff was so friendly when I checked in.

What a welcomed relief when my husband and I walked into the lobby of this hotel! In March, 2022, we had two long days of travel and the previous night we stayed in a hotel that charged us an additional $75.00 to keep the room clean! It was refunded, but this item was not listed on their website. Heather, at the front desk of Comfort Inn, understood how tired we were and gave us one of their best rooms. She even greeted us by name the next morning! Another employee there also was friendly and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Thank you both! Our room was clean and the neighbors were quiet. Thank you Meridian Comfort Inn for fantastic hospitality!

Still the same. The hotel is getting renovations done, so I will see what's new when I return.

So,,,, my family and myself decided to try a different hotel. To my surprise comfort inn is beautiful, clean, and staff super nice and accommodating. Rooms nice and clean, area quiet, and breakfast was pretty nice & hot. Will definitely stay here again.

We have been using this hotel for years. It is a great midway stopping point when we make our trips home to Louisiana. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always well stocked. They staff is always friendly and helpful Especially Diane!! She is almost always there when we check in. She knows us by name and does everything she can to make our check in speedy. I will always recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Meridian.

The room, the lobby, the eating area - everything in the hotel was IMPECCABLY clean! But equally - & possibly more impressive was the "family" atmosphere created by the hotel staff - from EVERYONE that I happened to encounter who worked there - it didn't come across as in most hotels - that it was "just a job" - there was much more. In addition to the breakfast that was hosted each morning (again, a friendly, open atmosphere), two nights a week, they voluntarily do a simple, "home-style", small buffet supper - a "gift" to the guests. I was blown away with that hospitality! Again, the "comfortable, friendly" atmosphere, actually ended up allowing for guests to feel comfortable talking & visiting with each other. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable; bathroom didn't appear "old", even though I was told that by the fall of the year, there would be many renovations. While not necessarily of importance, the TV stations were a really good variety - I appreciate that! Great location! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! By the way, I stayed there 3 nights.

The hotel is dated- no doubt!!
However in today's world clean hotel rooms are appreciated and the room is cleaned daily!

This was one of the CLEANEST hotels in this price range I have EVER stayed at. And the staff were so friendly, the beds comfy and rooms quiet. And they gave out cute little take away bagged breakfast as well. Really great hotel!

The staff was busy cleaning common areas when we came in late at night and when we left. Beunka, the front desk clerk was busy sanitizing when we came in but stopped promptly and greeted us. She made us feel very welcomed. We were exhausted from a long day of travel and she did everything possible to get us to a room quickly. She was very polite and courteous.

This hotel is very good. I often stay in hotel on my vacation trip.
Hospitality. GREAT. Evening clerk will have coffee avalable.

What a great place to stay! The hotel is very welcoming and the rooms were super clean. My husband and I always love to stay at Comfort Inns across the country as they are very comfortable and homey. This particular Comfort Inn in Meridian offered a home cooked meal on Tuesday evening. It was delicious!!! They even offered drinks with your meal (pop and beer). What amazing hospitality! Definitely recommend

Housekeeping was great. Staff was pleasant. Made my stay worth it! Out of all the Comfort Inns I stayed at (and I have been to some from Atlanta and Michigan) it was the best! Me and my loved ones definitely wouldn't mind staying again. The only gripe was that the easy chair had some stains on it (we brought our own Lysol though) and they only had pork for meat portions of the breakfast. But good people and great housekeeping!!

We just needed a place to stay for the night and for the price was very impressed. Getting to the hotel was a little tricky but that did not take away from cleanliness, comfortable, great breakfast, nice pool and good staff.

I give this Comfort Inn an excellent rating overall. It was very clean. Room, hallways and elevator were spotless. Everything in the room and bathroom worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice at check in! Rooms were awesome! Cleanest that we've stayed in ever! Breakfast was great! Blueberry pancakes were something new for us and we loved them also!😁
